Loved our stay at the Ampersand. The hotel is conveniently located just steps from S. Kensington tube station. The rooms were tasteful though the carpeting seemed old. Staff were excellent as was the science-themed afternoon tea and room service. Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great hotel, excellent attention to detail especially when it comes to children. We loved our stay!! The negatives - room slightly rundown in places, but still beautiful. Parking is expensive (~£70pn) and it’s a bit of a hassle if you have a pram or need accessibility. However, i would still stay here again!

It is a cute, boutique hotel a block from a metro station, near the museum area. The area is very safe, you can walk 10 min to Harrods and many cafes and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and kind. Bed was comfy, they use the Malin & Goetz brand for shampoo/wash which is one of my favorites. They have super cute tea room. I very much enjoyed my stay here, I will certainly return to this hotel and highly recommend.

Very comfortable boutique hotel!
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location close to the Underground station. Very reasonably price compare to similar hotels in London. The staff was very helpful and the Bellman went out their way with getting taxis and any help you needed. The restaurant was had a decent convenient breakfast and was nice for evening drink.

I think this is a fabulous hotel. The neighborhood is lovely w great little restaurants to pick from surrounding the hotel. It is conveniently located from South Kensington station. The hotel restaurant has a nice selection of foods. The sheets, towels, and robes are so very nice. The little fridge area is well stocked w coffee, tea kettle, and fridge w replenishment free of charge. The staff is gracious to replenish. There is a slight rumble due to the underground. I can’t wait to go back!

The staff were always efficient and very helpful. The dining room and food were excellent. The hotel is furnished and decorated in their science and nature theme which is really nice. We found the room and bed to be comfortable.
