I liked the welcome at this hotel and its location was fantastic and bus stop close by. There was in the rooms complimentary fruits and some bottles of water which i needed. Thanks this was really kind.

For a deluxe room Id expect more than a shoe box. Room was tiny, there was room to get around the bed, which was against the wall, and to get in the bathroom and close the door you better not be a larger build like one of our Co travellers. The place seems pretty poorly done and has the feel of a hostel to it. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't go back

This was the most welcoming hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I immediately felt at home due to the wonderful service of Yan, Mohammed and another super kind man at the reception. The Christmas tree was up and it was very cozy. It’s a fairly low budget hotel so the rooms are basic and the walls very thin so you hear everything but it was clean and comfortable with free water bottles, fruit, tea and coffee. I have been given a lovely smelling rose and a mug as a sign of appreciation and it warmth my heart. I was there for business and have not tried the free breakfast so I can’t say anything about that. The tube stations Waterloo and Borough Road are only a 10 minute walk and the Shard is only a 12 minute walk. Near the Shard are many coffee and breakfast places as well as restaurants.

A fantastic stay. The staff in the reception and breakfast room were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great continental breakfast included. Would definitely book again.

On arrival we were greeted by staff & offered fruit, water, sweets. We were made to feel most welcome. Room was a bit small but we only used it to sleep & shower as we were out sight seeing everyday. Room was cleaned & restocked everyday and although the bed was a little bit to hard for my wife’s liking they offered to change rooms but we declined and a extra quilt on top of mattress was enough. We didn’t use the breakfast facilities so cannot comment on them. The hotel is perfectly situated for all sight seeing in London. 5 minute walk from Lambeth North tube station and 15 mins to Westminster one way & 15 to Borough market & the shard the other. Really enjoyed our stay & have no qualms about booking this hotel again.

Very clean 👌 Very small All night yelling and party shouting After thought plumbing so non continuous water suppy and occasional toilet flushing. Great staff Leave in the am and don't return to your room until after room cleaning because hallways are impassable with dirty towels and bedding. Stayed 3 nights and sheets were not changed. Would not stay again.

The service that the hotel and the staff especially Sharam and Sharuk provided was excellent.. we were offered complimentary buffet style breakfast, WiFi, bottled water, fruits and other amenities throughout our stay whereas other hotels in London charged us for everything.. The rooms were cleaned up every single day and all the amenities were stocked up during their each cleaning session.. New towels were also provided each day. The staff were kind and so helpful.. They were so generous to offer and help us in each aspect which we really appreciate.. Definitely hoping to come and stay here during our next trip to the London!!
