I wish I could rate this hotel higher. Particularly for the wonderful staff you have there, who were all so friendly and helpful. My room was fab - a very decent size for a single room and the bed was super comfy. Highly, highly recommend this hotel - it is also well located and in a safe area, with lots of amenities close by

The Strand Palace is a wonderful hotel with nice sized and well priced rooms. The breakfast option is worth it and has so many options. Steps away from Covent Garden underground line, Charing Cross station for underground or rail options. 15 minute walk to Parliament and West Minister Abbey. 10 minute walk to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus.

Except for check-in clerk, everything was fine.

Check-in should have been seamless but the lady at the desk with very unpleasant and dismissive when asked a question. The rest of the stay was fine and all other staff were helpful and pleasant. English Breakfast Buffet is varied and plentiful. Single room is small, but with only one person, totally suitable. Rooms have been recently renovated/updated with attention to environment and related concerns.
