The room was on the smaller side but was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a perfect location for the theatres and art galleries. The breakfast has a good variety. Anthony the doorman was an absolute gentleman and is a credit to the hotel!

Room was very small and that was a big surprise to me based on what I saw on the website It was also very noisy in the morning as you could hear everything in the hall as the walls are very thin It is cd teal and food in the bar was good with good staff Overall not matching my expectations for the price I pad per night

Stayed in a single solo room which was compact and had everything that I needed. Bed was very comfy, coffee machine worked and there were some teas/coffee. Shower worked a treat. There was even a table and chair which was really nice. Location is great though busy due to being near theatres so ideal for such events. Had room service and it's £5 to deliver to room. Liked that it had a bar of chocolate and refillable water bottle in room. Water machine was near room was extremely handy. Minor dislikes were when calling reception a few times there was no one picked up and when had asked a room cleaning staff member to replenish tea/coffee it was acknowledge but wasn't actually done. Apart from that great stay and helpful staff.

This is my 4th time staying at The Strand Palace, London and one of my best stays. This time we got a lovely room on the 6th floor. The lay out was functionable, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Check in was excellent, The staff were lovely especially Bima and Mohammmad. Great stay!
