A real treasure of a hotel!!!

From the front desk personal which included Trian and every other front desk person I came in contact with, they went out of the way to make sure I had a good stay. The breakfast was outstanding and the location was close to everything. The bellman was also the best. He was the absolute best, he made sure we got where we needed to go as well as getting rides when needed. This was a really nice hotel all around.

very good stay with a few problems

First morning we were there the toilet was blocked which was very unfortunately. The maintenance and manager dealt with it efficiently and by the time we returned in the afternoon it had been fixed. I asked housekeeping and reception to change the soap dispenser in the shower which was broken but this was never dealt with. Would be good to have somewhere to hang a second towel in the shower. There is always a wait in reception and the lifts are slow. All staff were always polite and attentive. Excellent location

Hotel and theatre break

The location was perfect. We wanted to be near the theatre and some of the sights. We saw trafalger sq the river Big Ben St Paul’s and south bank. The hotel was so friendly and every need was catered for. We will definitely stay there again.

We do regular trip up to London and around the country attending theatre shows and events and shopping and generally looking and site seeing. This trip not only had one of the best shows I’ve seen but what topped it off was the hotel stay, it was clean, brute, air conditioned all day and night, the staff were very friendly and always said hello and greeted you a smile. Along with all that we got a fantastic price for a highly recommended hotel, right in the theatre area of London. I will now always look at this hotel and recommend it to all that want to go into London for theatre, shopping or just a tourist good time.
