Great value hotel in a perfect location!!

I loved this spot!! Great location and even though the twin room was small, it was a great deal for the price!! The room had enough space to lay my bag out, huge windows, a big bathroom with a lot of counter space (hard to find in London in a solo room on a budget!), a great pillow, a lot of USB outlets for charging without an adapter needed, and the hotel was super eco friendly! My favorite part was that they provided an eco friendly water bottle and refilling stations around the hotel so you didn't have to buy single use plastic bottles.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel. Situated on the Strand which is ideal for the West End, Covent Garden and Central London. Not the first time of staying and would stay again

great location

The Location is great. The staff is helpfull, nice and everything is super clean. But our room (superior bedroom) was not confortable. It was very small, view on a close wall with no possibility of opening the window. The bathroom was very very small also. So it is very basic but ok if you don't want to spend too much time in your room.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was great. We moved to a different hotel for a night for an event at Wembley and then decided to come back for a third night. The location is convenient for theater, Covent Garden, Westminster. We walked most places but the tube is also right there for exploring further away. The staff is welcoming and efficient and the rooms are nice. We had a Superior King and found it roomy and comfortable and it had a view of the Strand. Recommend the hotel and location for all of your central London adventures!
