The staff are very friendly and helpful. Checking was easy. The room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is pretty good. It is a prime location to all the attractions. I definitely would recommend Strand Palace when staying in London. I definitely would stay there again. Keep up the strong work everyone at Strand.

Our first room we could hear the noise from the street as if the windows were open. We asked to be moved and were very pleased with the 2nd room and the quick efficient response from the staff. Beds very comfortable but problem with temperature in the room. Had to have it checked twice but 2nd time was fixed. Breakfast was wonderful, delicious choices and excellent service. Close walking distance to what we needed. At checkout we noticed higher room charge than what was originally booked. Ammar, a manager on duty quickly took over and rectified the problem. Although we had some issues the staff were always professional and quick to respond.
