Chautauqua Resort had it all!
My husband and I were taking a short vacation to Long Beach WA and I found the Chautauqua Resort for our stay. When we opened up the door to our room on the 3rd floor, my husband was very excited to see what all the room featured. We were pleased to see a dining table and chairs so we could play cards at night. The bed was extremely comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was larger than normal and the shower water was hot. The exhaust fan was to be used to keep the room cool and no hot steam to escape the bathroom. The full breakfast had quite a variety and was delicious. The front desk help was friendly and very accommodating. We used the hot tub twice and saw there was also a sauna but we didn’t use it. The pool was slightly heated and extremely clean. I was very impressed. Chautauqua Resort was conveniently located and we also drove about 10 miles on the beach (it is a Washington highway) and back. We decided that we will return again next year.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the outdoor fire pit area was very nice. My only complaint is that the parking lot between the lobby and the rooms is a maze of concrete barriers that is very hard to navigate at night.

We reserved a room. It was not a condo with a kitchen! We had to rent the room we needed to cook with our Grandchildren! I could not contact Expedia! Only a virtue robot! We paid way too much for two rooms due to this! Also Expedia did not deduct my points as requested! I am going back to bookings.com!

We stayed in Condo 102. Wonderful floor plan, two full baths, private bedroom, bed in front room with patio and gorgeous dune view with fire pit. Nice kitchen, Kurig pot, full size fridge, everything, big couch and tv. Pet friendly. The staff were super nice. Very reasonably priced. Affordable for a family. I would stay again.

Family Beach Retreat
We visited after Christmas for a new years retreat with our kids. Upon check-in we were given a room that was very outdated, cold, and unpleasant. The room did not match any pictures from the listing with green stained carpet and interior from the 70's. When we asked to be moved we were told there was no where to move. After two hours the room never got above 55 degrees due to one wall heater. When using the bathroom the toilet handle broke off and at this point the staff was able to move us into an updated room that matched pictures.

Nice place
First time staying here and we weren't disappointed. Nice view of the ocean. Breakfast was decent with all the usual offerings. Ice machine near our room wasn't working. Comfortable beds and good-sized room met all our needs. I recommend staying here.

Our room was clean but bare with older fixtures and furniture. The indoor pool room needed better ventilation so the ceilings were dripping condensation on our heads. The hot tub was new and nice. The proximity to the beach was nice and we were able to bring our dog.
