Condo Standard Rate Bedrooms consists of:

Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds, Flatscreen TV (There is also a half bath off the living area and next to the 2 twins bedroom for convenience).

This newly re-furbished very spacious 2800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom condo boasts a a gorgeous direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and is located on the second floor. The screened lanai spans across the front of the living and dinning areas with full view of the ocean and beach. The 41’ Lanai is furnished with large dining table + chairs + sun loungers in order to enjoy the spectacular sunset every evening.
The family room is 34’ x 17’ and is split into 2 seating areas. One area featuring a theatre sectional with footrests and 75” Flat screen TV to enjoy after that long day on the beach. Or alternatively sit at the other end with drinks to enjoy the views of the ocean and beach and of course the glorious sunsets.
There is also a newly renovated kitchen with granite countertops. The Kitchen, which includes a breakfast island, opens to the secondary 15’x15’ dining area, with wonderful ocean views.

The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $200 Departure Cleaning Fee. (4 Bedroom Upgrade Cleaning Fee is $210.00 the difference will be collected during upgrade by the Sea Grape Inn Office/Property Manager)
*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.
*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.
~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.
~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a No-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.
