Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and adequate. The hotel property is attractive and clean. The area around the hotel was not appealing, but safe. We lost water pressure in the room twice, but was resumed rather quickly.

We had no hot water for our entire stay. The door lock didnt work properly and security felt compromised. No hangers in the closet, no wash cloths. Maid service didnt show up until late afternoon. Couldn't find pool towels anywhere. Multiple kids in the hot tub our entire stay snorkeling, jumping off the edge, etc. A sign right next to hot tub said no kids allowed and multiple staff members would walk right by and not say anything. I could go on, but an incredibly poorly managed property and i would like my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

We had been driving down Baja California for two days and needed to stop driving. One of our tires had a slow leak all of the tire shops were closed with it being Sunday. One of the employees Pedro asked if we wanted our car washed it was dirty and we said yes! After he was done he told us our tire was low and we said we knew. He said he had a friend who would come to the Hotel and fix it we said yes. His friend came and fixed it! So we were back on the road Monday morning! That was amazing service For $400 pesos!
