Lorne getaway
We had a great family week away, perfect Summer holiday and location was excellent. The only challenge was the dual housing situation and noise travels from both accomodations. We loved that it was pet friendly and walking distance to the Main Street and beach.

Could use some supplies
The location was good, short walk down the hill to the Main Street. Keep in mind it’s very uphill going back. Remodeled modern kitchen and bathroom. We inquired about bath soap or gel and was told it wasn’t included in this type of stay. I’ve stayed in many AirBB & VRBO and this was a first. We were offered reimbursement if we go buy some…it was more the hassle to go to the market. We declined the offer with thanks. It was a clean property except for the wood floors which needed a good cleaning (or refinishing). We wiped up some crumbs and the paper towel was very dirty. Otherwise, clean apartment. We had a huge (maybe dead) spider on the wall on arrival (ugh)and the property manager sent her lovely uncle. So, all in all a good stay, but a bar of soap and a clean wood floor would have added more ‘stars’ to the review.

Great location, clean but too noisy
It was clean, newly refreshed and great location but the noise between the 2 places was more than expected. It was ok until a group of boys moved downstairs and then it was so noisy (despite the fact that they were very polite but we could hear everything). It wasn’t built to be 2 places I think. Also, the kitchen needs more things. We had to purchase a couple of items like cheese grater and scissors..otherwise lovely place.

Great Location
Had just about everything we needed and it’s a short walk to the main st. We chose this so we could bring our dogs, who ended up not coming, so for pet friendly accommodation the cleaning was excellent, we couldn’t tell if other dogs had been there. The only negative for us was we have a long van so couldn’t access the steep driveway and had to park near the sport field, which was fine. We would happily stay here again.

Wonderful!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property, which was spotless, has a great floorplan, is very spacious, private and has everything you need. The photos don't do it justice. Three large bedrooms, newly renovated modern kitchen, beautiful bathroom and laundry, as well as a great deck for outside living and dining. The location is perfect and only a short walk from everything. And it's pet friendly! We can't wait to return. Thank you.

Great location and has everything we needed
We really enjoyed our stay at Lorne. This property is simple but functional and has everything we needed. The check-in was super easy, and the manager is responsive. The location is just minutes' walk to the beach and main shops. The interior of the property is comfortable and pleasant, and the bathroom is very clean and looks newly renovated, though it would be nice to have a second toilet and more than 1 toilet paper roll for our family's 4 days stay. Overall a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you.
