The guy at the front office was very helpful. The lady wasn't helpful at all. She was all over the place. But for the most part the rooms were clean and comfortable. AC works great!

The staff were really nice, the room was okay, more spacious than the last one I stayed at with them. The bed was really hard, and the pillows and blankets very rough. But overall it worked out for the purpose of my visit in Los Algodones.

PROS: Good central location, A/C working very good in 100 conditions, very good onsite coffee bar & very good restaurant on site. CONS: Hotel is split into 2 sections (one at the address & the other close by down & across the street) one of which is not near the pool or office & amenities. THERE IS A $15 USD SURCHARGE FOR MORE THAN 1 ADULT EACH!! This is non-disclosed & doesn't adhere to Expedia booking information for a King bed room for 2 adults!

I appreciate being able to check in early. 2 things 1-Showers i feel need to be cleaned a little better. There was mold in the shower. 2- The TV situation, its placed so high on the wall its tiring to watch! Plus tried diligently to get English news to no avail. Very quiet i enjoyed that! Pool was super cloudy didn't get to get in. Thank you

Great Property, with a Barista, Bar & Restaurant on site. Everyone I came into contact with has been very polite & responsive to any requests I had. The room was cleaned daily.

The room was fine. First room the AC wasn't working however, the staff immediately moved us to another room and the AC was GREAT! Had dental work done, so the hotel was close to the dentist and the restaurant and coffee shop were helpful to have on sight as to not have to walk or go any another place or go back over the border.

Outstanding!!!
Property was split into 2 locations but only less than a minute walk apart. My extended family had booked the royal suite, a 2 room suite and then a room with 2 queen beds. Each room met all expectations and the service and support staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We did wish the pool hours went later than 10pm but it’s all good.

Amazing!!!
The property was very well kept, pool was clean,and the staff was bilingual. Accepted dollars and pesos. Staff very helpful with all my questions and concerns throughout my entire stay. My spouses family lives in the city so we ended up getting three rooms all together. The royal suite, a double room, and then a jr. suite.

Overall very nice. I rented the King luxury room with the jacuzzi tub. It was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be that the toilet did not flush well at all.
