The elevator bank system was confusing and inconvenient. There was only one nice restaurant and bar, although the website made it look like there were many. The others were closed for private events and/or outside without any shelter or heaters, so they were also closed. The restaurant food was very expensive with very small portions, and the service was extremely slow and unfriendly.

Very convenient location, steps away from the Crypto arena. Parking was a breeze, front desk super helpful and rooms were very cool - with comfy beds! Ended the night at the hotel rooftop lounge, awesome experience! Would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want to stay somewhere close to LA Live.

Favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. The rooftop lounge was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the room was stunning. I didn’t book a room with a view but the view was still very nice. I would definitely book there again.

Loved staying at the AC Hotel. Such a beautiful and spacious room. I loved the view as well. Only negative thing I can say is that the bathroom needs a little more lighting cause it was too dim but that’s all! Definitely staying there again whenever I come back to LA.

Not super family friendly
The configuration of the hotel isn’t super family friendly. If you’re traveling with kids there are better options for places to stay that make life easier. This would be a great place to stay if you like going to clubs and partying.

Stay here if going to the Lakers game
Cool hotel walking distance to Cryto.com Arena. Had a late night dinner on the roof. Great view, good food and drinks.
