Positives: Overall room was clean and bed was comfy. Shower was nice and hot. No air con but there is a fan. Negatives: Pictures are quite different to the room in real life, they look a lot nicer/edited, the pictures just seem a lot more glamorous so I wouldn't expect too much. There were nultiple bugs in the shower and toilet. One of the locks on the door didn't work but luckily there was a chain lock too.

The location is great, right on the beach, but on weekends it gets crowded and the music in the surrounding restaurants and bars is loud. I feel a bit uneasy about the safety of the area around the hotel at night.

There was no night table to rest or charge your phone . The outlets were there but i had to use my suitcase as a table so that the phone wasnt resting on the floor . No outlet where the coffee was stationed . We understand that check in is for 4 pm and our room wasnt ready but the young guy at front desk told us to come back instead of taking down our cell to text us when room was ready . He just seemed lilke he didnt care . Did not offer us another room but if you go into the Air Venice website there were empty available rooms.We came out here last year and didnt have any problems Thats why we booked it in the first place.

The room was very nice clean. I was on the fifth floor and I had an amazing view of the ocean and Venice strip. Left the windows open at night. It was very quiet. We slept very well.

A Venice Beach treat

Oceanfront view was amazing. Front desk was so so sweet and helpful. We were on the 6th floor and noise level from the busy street below was minimal. Looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic location right on the beach. A lovely 20 minute walk to Santa Monica, very convenient. We were worried about the reviews mentioning the noise from the bar next door. During the week the music was off by 9pm, at the weekend the music stopped at about 1am. As we were on the top floor the music wasn’t really a problem but the hotel does provide earplugs. Be sure to remember the code and be careful who you hold the door open for as a couple of homeless people do linger in that area. Room was very clean and supplied everything we needed for a week. Most staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Location! Location! Love being so close to the beach. Staff was excellent. Some how i missed the no air conditioning disclaimer, beach side, i can live. Except the fan in the room was so loud we couldn't hear each other OR the TV.

The room was only supposed to be 146 dollars, then they charged me a 250 dollar deposit which I never had to pay that much for a deposit. Then they tried charging me a 150 dollar pet fee for my small dog. which the highest pet fee I ever had to pay for was 75 dollars. The receptionist lady was being rude when I was trying to get a refund. I didn’t even end up staying at the hotel just from how much the deposit was and then I couldn’t pay another 150 dollars for the pet fee. I still have yet to receive my 250 dollar deposit either.

Looved the place, and the view! I would def stay again! Only negative thing I'd have to say is when I asked for an extra hour to check out, there's a $25 charge for it. Other than that, it was my only gripe.
