The location is great! The day I was there was an unusual cold day. I didn’t ask anyone about the thermostat, but it seemed like there was no heat setting as I put the temp high but still cold. Anyhow I was too tired and just didn’t worry about it. Great location to walk to stores - grocery, pharmacy, restaurants.

Very punctual airport shuttle. Staff at hotel very friendly, professional and accommodating. Room spacious and comfortable. Great restaurant in the lobby, (W xyz). Menu was limited but food was delicious. Bartender made great drinks.

The stay was botched from the beginning because the check in required a $50 parking fee that was not super clear in the booking process. I think that an added cost should have a separate box in the booking where we have to accept the parking fee with a yes or no acknowledgment. In my confirmation there is no statement of a parking fee. I think you should stop doing business with hotels that charge this crazy fee.

It took awhile for shuttle to arrive. We finally called. Once we arrived we checked in at lobby which was also bar. Very noisy. Difficult to hear details related to overnight stay or directions to room. Outside of onsite experience we were disappointed with Expedia support in changing dates after they changed dates on returning flights. Ended up paying almost double the price for hotel. Limited support from Expedia.
