Check-in was good, clerk was friendly; checkout person wasn't as friendly. Room wasn't great. Spacious and nice to have a fridge and microwave, but the floors were uneven, pillows smelled musty, and the fridge made a sound all night that required that we play a sleep meditation to mask it. Which worked until early in the pre-dawn hours when something was happening on the floor above us that was constant movement, heavy footing. Needless to say, it was difficult to sleep. Keurig coffeemaker didn't work, and the coffee at breakfast was not good. Parking cost was fair for the area, although the parking is hard to come by in the lot. Glad we didn't have to do the valet/stacked parking since we opted to take Lyft to & from the event we were attending.

The room was clean, the staff was very nice. There was a parking attendant who was very nice and able to get our car in and out of the small parking garage. Lots of walking distance restaurants and shops.

This hotel itself was fine, but the surrounding area was sketchy at best. There were a few homeless people setting up camp down the street. There’s one elevator in the hotel that has to be shared by everyone. The free breakfast is limited and you are only allowed one trip. It is located a very small room. The parking situation is another thing. There is one very small parking area. They will valet park for you for free, but it is not ideal. The room itself was fine and the staff was nice, but I would not stay there again. I guess you could get what you pay for.

Overall the room is clean, but there’s a smell when you turn off the AC, the bed and pillows is very comfortable and clean. The only issues I had was the parking is very limited sometimes you have to park on the side of the hotel which is unsafe because there’s a homeless encampment 2 blocks away from the hotel, one time there’s group of homeless standing on the side of the hotel at night.

Ignoring inconsiderate people who slam doors and talk loudly in corridors this is a good hotel. Convenient for the metro, good size room, comfy bed, good breakfast although can be busy.
