The manager was very rude to. She would not let me check in to my room. I had to get customer service support to contact her to let me check in to my room. After customer service contacted her, she let me check in to my room, but she was extremely rude to me. She did not apologize, and did not make any attempt to explain why she did not let me check in to my room. The room she gave me was terrible smelling, unclean, and the heater did not work. I had to bring my own portable heater. During the day, they were doing construction in the rooms below me. Also, there was a guy playing his electric guitar. He was plugged into his amplifier, the music was very loud and unsettling.

I made the reservation online.I get there wait half an hour before someone comes to help me. parking lot super sketchy the door to my room was stuck bed sheet had stains never going back

The room was clean, comfortable bed. Sink faucet shoots water directly at you if you are not careful. Place needs renovation. Smells old and dingy. Parking is unsafe, it looks like a homeless encampment. I had to park my car a block away a the nearest shopping mall. I will not be staying here again.
