We had to take a taxi from airport because the hotel said they did not offer transportation. The advertisement offered an airport shuttle. What they failed to say was that they only had a shuttle to the airport and not both ways. This started our trip with a really bad taste in our mouth. A word of warning. Never use the taxi service in Burbank. They are terrible. Use Uber or do like we did once we arrived to our hotel, use the public bus system because it stopped right in front of the hotel and the routes took you to the front doors of the major attractions in Burbank at only $2 a person. What a bargain!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the shuttle service was convenient. The quiet atmosphere was a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of LA. Definitely recommend!

Not a big review person unless I believe others need to know. This property was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed the parking lot on the property. The room was very spacious and clean. The location and neighborhood are also very safe. There's also an area about a five minutes drive that offers other eating options like Finney's. Parking is ample here as well with street parking or the mall parking across the street which offers free parking.
