we change room 3 times in a two night stay. the 1st time the a/c was to loud. the second time the refuse to do our room so they gave us an other room instead . and the pillows where as hard as a rock....

Properties was nice but there were some guys outside at about 3am arguing at the top of their lungs. The room also had a strange fart/mildew smell. Also the cleaners they use in this hotel are VERY strong. A bit off putting. Also, the woman who checked us in (it was around 4pm) she was not the most professional. She was clearly tired and when she gave us the key card she failed to direct us where the elevators were or what floor we were on. The morning desk person was much better! Very friendly. Breakfast was good too.

Good property but they didn’t have an allergy friendly breakfast. They mixed the pancake griddle and you could make banana nut pancakes and original. I have an intense nut allergy so I couldn’t share a griddle with something that touched nuts.
