This hotel is not a 4stars, I requested change of bedding first night, it looks old and dirty. There was No safe box in the room which made uncomfortable, for some reason safe boxes were behind the front desk which I didn't use it. It made me nervous to leave valuables in the room. I was surprise to learn that a 4star hotel didn't provide a safe in the room for guests. The restaurant saved my vacations, it had a good service. Hotel locatiobn was very isolated.

Terrible customer service. Called from airport for shuttle and manager said it was coming. Waited for 30 minutes. Called again and I was on hold for 20 minutes before manager picked up. Said he was busy and shuttle service was an outside company. Horrible answer. Horrible. Not my problem. Ended up waiting an hour and to walk ten minutes with bags to get an Uber. 5 minutes later after a $35 uber ride i got to hotel and complained to manager and asked for reimbursement of Uber ride or free night. Got no for both. I was angry and got no help from management in hotel. Totally unfair
