We’ve stayed here multiple times, the staff is always accommodating, rooms are clean, shower is great, food is always, always , great. Location is perfect, just a note, anywhere you want to go, GPS will say 15, 20 minutes, NOT TRUE, everything is 30 to 40 minutes away, this hotel is centrally located IF you want to be in this area. The location was very accessible, with ample parking. Rooms were large, and i truly enjoyed the touchless entry/check in option. Especially because the Staff wasnt very friendly. The shower drain would take all night to clear, and because of that, it left a gunk ring which was gross. But I really love their cookies!

Good location but need some improvements
Airport shuttle driver was very unsafe and took 40 mints waiting time, staff welcomed us very nice and professional. During our first morning during breakfast time a guy approached table by table very unprofessional asking each of us if we paid for the service ir not ( that was very uncomfortable) . Other than that , the place is well located & the price was very reasonable.

Amazing!!!
My sons really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was awesome. The facilities were well cared for and clean. The beds and pillows were awesome. Staff took really good care of us.

The staff member on the front desk at check in on Thanksgiving was extremely rude and after check in he called to advise that we had illegally parked. Rather than politely advising us that we needed to move our car, he said our car was being hooked up to be towed which was a complete lie. Worst customer service I have ever had in Los Angeles! Dude mustn’t have been happy to be working on thanksgiving but taking it out on guests is not acceptable. Room servicing was terrible as well. We were not given replacement coffee or water either.

Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The pillows were subpar. The TV said check signal on every channel, so i was u able to watch anything. The shower was slow to drain and the water took at least 20 minutes to heat up.
