Check in was seamless with a kiosk, they have a excellent coffee machine that makes espresso and add shot assortments also aflavored water machine which was also complimentary. Our room was nice, clean and updated, shower was perfect we stayed one night for a quick trip to universal studios. there is on site parking for a fee, very easy in and out, we will definitely stay here again, there is food places all around. For the price and value We were definitely pleased.

The check in virtual staff was terrible. I believe this is on Expedia’s part but it was never mentioned for a 150 deposit… still waiting on it back. Back to the staff the lady seems agitated about the questions and overall had a rude demeanor. Her name was Paula. I usually don’t write reviews since they are a hassle but I was dating one night and checking out early at 3am. A little bit of customer service isn’t difficult to do.

Stayed at Glendale Hotel from January 6–9. The non-smoking room I was assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke upon arrival. I reported the issue multiple times to the front desk and asked about other rooms, but was not offered a reasonable alternative. The only mitigation provided was a plug-in air freshener, which did not resolve the issue. As a result, my clothing and personal belongings absorbed the smoke odor. I attempted to resolve the matter directly with management, including multiple follow-ups, but received no meaningful response. I have since filed a dispute with my card issuer. If you are considering a stay, be aware that non-smoking rooms may not meet expectations and that management may not address complaints effectively.

The check in was a virtual person on a screen. I checked in and she gave me a card key to a room already occupied by another guest. Fortunately they were not in because that would have been embarrassing for all concerned. I went back to the virtual person and she gave me a key to another room. I could see she muted me at one point and chuckled about it to someone else. It was not funny.
