First impression was good, there was ample parking, the lobby are was nice and clean, the coffee bar was great, the check-in was quick and easy via the virtual receptionist kiosk. We booked the Romance room with the jacuzzi tub. The room did smell a bit humid, but we simply opened the window and it aired out for a bit. The cleaning lady was nice and friendly, we were welcomed with a warm smile. The hotel is central to major freeways, a Target, Starbucks and many great restaurants. It’s about 10min from downtown Glendale with has great restaurants and shops. Overall we had a good stay, we would definitely recommend staying there and we will be booking again in the future.

It has a virtual front desk and although there was someone there at all times, the room didn't have a phone to call someone when there was an issue or needed a later check out. The shower situation was subpar. I had very little water coming from the shower head. The carpet in the halls was soooo dirty and gross looking. I felt like I was staying at a run down hotel. It looks way nicer in the pictures. The housekeeping staff was friendly. I stayed there because I was told it was $80 a night from a co-worker, but in reality it was $95 a night when you factor the parking fee. Definitely not worth it. It was a large room, but the couch had mismatched reupholstered and it just looked dirty. I would not sit on it.

I liked that it was centrally located. The queen size bed was comfortable. The carpet and the decor in the room were very old and need to be replaced. Please also consider having plugs on both sides of the bed. I needed a plug on the left side for medical equipment.And there was none available. It was very strange, not having a front desk and people to interact with however, staff was responsive when we had an issue with the refrigerator. So there were pluses and minuses, and knowing this, I would probably stay here again.
