The hotel clearly does not expect repeat customers, with extra charges and fees and poor customer service. On top of the gouging room rate of $275/night, we were charged $25.00 for early check-in. I have never left a review on Expedia, but thought it important for this one. This hotel was terrible. The room smelled horrible. We paid for 2 nights, but left after the first night as we could not stand the smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. There is no front desk and the kiosk to talk with someone virtually was very clunky. No security as anyone can walk in/out of the lobby and on any of the floors as you don't need a key to get around. I would not stay here again.

They list them themselves as a hotel, but in fact, they are a motel . There’s no reception area with a lobby and staff,They do online checking. There’s no staff on site if you have any issues. A fight broke out in front of the room for an hour and a half with no security and we were stuck in the room.

The price I was charged was not consistent with the Expedia price I was provide at time of booking. Very much disliked being checked in by a video camera. We stayed two nights and room was not cleaned after the first night. After inquiring why we were told it was required to request the room to be cleaned despite no communication to do so. The hotel was old, smelled musty and needed major updating.

Bathroom wasn't well cleaned (hair on the floor) and it's a bare bones facility. No one even works the front desk or is on premises (virtual lobby) and there was a poor homeless lady and her son taking cover in the lobby all night when we were there. Will not return.

The room was advertised as a queen bed room, the bed was full size and too small for two grown adults. Very uncountable. The room smelt musty and was very very humid inside. Very disappointed and wish I would’ve saved my money on this scam..
