I really liked the breakfast area it was a nice size, the 2 qbd rms are small, hardly any room to walk especially if sharing a room with family. I loved flexibility on check in, staff that checked me in, he was pure delight. Wished cookies were available all the time not just 3-10. And wish the pool was also available longer than 10 pm. Unfair to those who check in late.

It was a little noisy, but that's to be expected so close to LAX. Property was clean, staff was very friendly, the room was great. Pillows were too fat... but that's also the norm for hotels. I sure wish they'd figure out that not everybody likes to sleep with their neck bent in half.

The surrounding neighborhood is poor, definitely not an area where I would walk around and feel safe. The pictures online looked good, but the actual hotel did mot match the photos. The rooms were small, and I noticed the wood headboards had smudges. The bathroom was not conducive for people with disabilities, which is what I requested. The parking lot was inconvenient, and the stairway smelled like urine. The drop off area was very compact, and made loading and unloading difficult. The elevators had liquid that was spilled on the floors, and there was dirt on the floors in the lobby. The breakfast wasn’t good. I will definitely not be returning!

We stayed for one night after seeing a concert at Intuit Dome. Felt safe walking to dinner about 5 minutes away but there aren't many options around. For the purpose, it was great and worth the price (less than a lyft home/back). Parking is covered and secured and $10/day. Property was clean which is one of the biggest pluses. Didn't get to check out the pool this time, but we will be back for other events. Included breakfast...not bad! Fresh waffles and more. Staff were accommodating and pleasant during the entire stay.

If you have AT&T Internet service, whatever you do do not stay at this hotel. To say we had problems with the Internet is an understatement and we even paid the five dollar a night fee to connect to premium Internet and it still wouldn’t work. It took over 20 minutes to download an Uber app that finally wouldn’t download. Great hotel but horrible Internet
