The hotel itself was on the lower side of ok but the area around it was awful & the accessibility getting to it & to & from the gated parking garage was less than ideal. I read reviews before I booked but no one said anything abt the sketchy area surrounding the hotel & the strip joints just a block or so away. Will never stay here again.

The bathroom needed to be swept and mopped. There was other people's hair and dirt and grim on the bathroom floor. The microwave had hand prints all over it. I can tell the cleaning was not that great. However, the check-in and check out staff were pleasant. The hotel itself is NOT clearly labeled on the doors and was hard to find. The breakfast area was so packed they did not have enough to accommodate everyone in the morning. My grab and go breakfast bag I requested was taken by someone else. They ran out of coffee. They do NOT offer shuttle service to the airport either. Overall for the price and stay the bed was comfortable and well it is a Holiday Inn.

the area inside the hotel was fantastic. the outside neighborhood however, was a bit sketchy. But we were driving so it was ok. over the hotel was beautiful and we rested very well!
