Extremely convenient to the town center. The room was clean but not properly serviced. We did not have liquid shampoo upon arrival and it took three times of making this request to finally get it on our last day- by then I had already bought some.

This was a cute, clean hotel in a nice neighborhood. We had a great breakfast about a block away at Another Broken Egg Cafe. I do not reccommend hotel cafe. Also, the BJs brewpub across the street was sub par the night we were there but there are other places to eat nearby. Our room was clean and quiet, with great pillows. There is a charge for parking. Airport Shuttle was excellent. We'll stay again.

It was a family trip to universal studios first time and Didn’t like the carpet smell in the room two of my kids have dust allergies. Our white sock got really dirty from walking in the room. The toilet flashing is super loud. And the checking out not so nice and friendly..

This was my 5th stay at Hotel Burbank and, as always, my visit was without trouble, hassle or inconvenience. The value is good and the area is very walkable if one is so inclined. I suspect I will visit 2 or more times in 2025 as well.

Staff were mostly friendly. Some weren’t very helpful when we asked for suggestions on dining and things to do. The female said, “Ummm, I don’t really know.” Hotel faces the freeway and can be noisy. However, there are many dining and shops that are walkable.

This is a great Hotel just on the edge of downtown which makes the area very walkable. There are a large variety of restaurants and coffee shops as well as a mall with a food court. There's also a movie theater within walking distance. The hotel provides an airport shuttle, but be prepared for your driver to drive like you're late for everyth. The suite rooms are very nice, with a bedroom separate from the living area by a small hallway which houses the tiny kitchenette and bathroom. There is ample storage with two closets and a couple of dressers. The bedroom and the living area have a TV a piece and the living area has a three chair table as well as a sofa and a chair, so there is plenty of room, and it's very comfortable. They do have a restaurant downstairs, but I did not use during my visit. My only issue was with the airport shuttle. They were great for pickup from the airport, but when I checked in, I was told that I had to reserve the shuttle the day before I left, which i did. Unfortunately, when I checked in for the shuttle back to the airport, I was told to wait in the lobby. 10 minutes after we were supposed to leave, the driver was still wandering around the lobby and hadn't made his announcement that he was leaving. I had to go up to the front desk and ask them when we had planned to leave. Apparently, the front desk never told the driver that he had a passenger. Just a lot of miscommunication across the board. Other than that, my stay at this hotel was good.
