Check in was easy and quick. Was given a room and as soon as we entered the room there was terrible smell (MOLD). Went back to the office and notified the front desk and was given another room. The room we were given was acceptable. The bed was comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave, nice walk in shower and hardwood floors. Parking was limited in the front of the building. The night we spent there was not acceptable. I was woken up to a loud bang and someone yelling at 5:30 in the morning. The yelling continued for a while until i called the front desk. The guy went to check and the guest was on the floor suffering a medical emergency. Paramedics showed up and were there for 30 min or so. My husband waited until the paramedics left with the guest and went to the front desk. He spoke to MARIO. My husband went in there to inquire if we could receive some type of compensation due to the inconvenience and the interruption of our sleep. Mario made a remark and stated that "mostly everyone sets an alarm at 6:30am so this incident shouldn't of been such an inconvenience" so no compensation would be given. I am not upset about not getting any compensation. I am upset at the horrible customer service Mario provided and the dumb remarks he made. He could of simply said I'm sorry but we are unable to and we would of been on our way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MARIO AND GUY (Manager) & some rooms on the 3rd floor smell like MOLD.

I had high hopes & expectations for this hotel as it is rather well rated by others. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Room was musty, dusty odorous with dirty smelling pillows and bedding old carpeting. My bed felt fine but partner bed had some sandy material and felt as though something crawled on face. Bathtub drain backup. Furniture unmatched, acquired through thrift shops? Remote taped to hold together.
