Property was clean and modern. Our room was next to housekeeping closet and door slammed all morning long. Our room was also right across from the only ice machine and were woken up early each morning from its use.

The property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities(pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym room) were convenient and i definitely utilized them. The biggest things that stood out for me were: the spacious room and cleanliness of the rooms, the bidet in the bathrooms, and the accommodating nature of the staff. They allowed my children to play in the pool a little past closing hours since we came in kind of late, and they were also very helpful and understanding with my son who is special needs and has a small service animal. 10/10 would recommend.

This hotel is beautiful! I chose this last minute and was so glad I did. Staff is very nice and accommodating, they keep the property very clean, I saw the staff there all day cleaning rooms and the property. The bidet is nice. Even though the hot tub was not in servive during my stay I loved using the steam room and sauna with the eucalyptus towels and enjoying my morning coffee on the rooftop. Place was amazing. Great location and very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and well maintained for a new property. Only things that would be nice are black out curtains and more sound proofing being right next to a train depot. It reminds me of being in New York. City life and noise 24/7. If someone is a light sleeper, you may want to see if there are other rooms available on the other side of the hotel that may be quieter. The door handle latch on the inside of the balcony door was very jagged and cut my finger open by my knuckle on my index finger more than once trying to open the door to the balcony. May want to have someone take a look at that so no one else gets hurt. Looks like someone tried to pry open the door with a crow bar and left a bunch of sharp edges on the inside latch. It’s close to the pike as well as many other things with in walking distance. Food, attractions, shopping etc..overall decent hotel.
