The hotel is really cool how they’ve set up the space with a little beach, it has a nice pool and hot tub, the fire pits at night are awesome. It’s a short walk or drive over to the pier shops and restaurants and the Fuego restaurant onsite is really good too. All staff was very friendly and helpful and it has a good gym.

The on site restaurant was amazing, but cost was $$$. No porters for luggage and you need to carry your luggage up several steps outside to reach your hotel room and elevators. So not handy cap friendly. The rooms were large and the on site amenities were numerous. The hotel is within walking distance to the Queen Mary.

First the pros: beautiful bay view, very comfy mattresses, hot cookie upon arrival. The cons: room was dusty, the bathroom door would not fully close or lock. The bathroom walls were wallpapered and there were many stains on the wallpaper. It made the place ugly. I tried to call the front desk for assistance and I went around and around on the phone tree for 28 minutes, Sure, that was stupid on my part but I was determined to speak to the staff. Finally, I drove over to the check-in desk. I was told that it was a shift change... for 28 minutes? This soured the trip for me.

The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious, though a bit pricey with unclear pricing details. The room unfortunately had a strong moldy smell. Cool spot overall, just needs a little attention.

This place has great views, awesome location and a bar/restaurant that I highly recommend. Rooms, are spacious and had a balcony which I always enjoy and finding relaxing when on my vacations. The location is beautiful as it is next to the water and that nice breeze while on the balcony with a beer is top tier relaxation. The bar/restaurant has both indoor or outdoor seating and they have great food and drink choices. I recommend this hotel if you can spare one day to fully enjoy everything it has to offer such as yoga on certain days, fire pits where you can reserve to make smores (if not they are first come first serve based) and food/drinks.
