Convenient to Keck medical at USC. Pretty good bed, a little soft. Train whistle blows several times in the night.Great staff. $38 self parking was high.

It was a great property, we stayed for Camp Flog Gnaw and stayed for 7 days! We loved it, the hotel is really nice, great breakfast, super clean, and staff was super friendly, neighborhood felt super safe to walk around too!

We booked this property and we know we made a mistake. First thing you have to pay $38 per night for parking. Second no cleaning on a daily basis. They will clean on the third day of your stay upon your request. Frontend guy was rude. Did not even say hi when you reach. Breakfast was supercold like pancake scrambled eggs. Low quality food. We could hear a lot of noise when We were in our room during the night time. Never again at this place.

This property is conveniently close to downtown, universal studios, and Disneyland. Free breakfast buffet was a plus. Coffee was very good. Lots of good options. Parking fairly close to hotel. I would have rated this facility higher but no one cleaned our room or made our bed for our entire 5 day stay. It should be standard after 3rd day.

We were woke up on Sunday night, November 17th, with loud talking and stomping directly above us, until after midnight the 18th, when I finally called the desk. Just what I didn't need the night before scheduled surgery. Also, the smell in the hallway was pretty awful. If not offered, I will request an adjustment on my billing.

Studio Suite was compact and cozy, despite being a 3 star hotel it felt like a 5 star, very modern and warm, loved every second of it :)

The room was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. We did not hear any emergency vehicles from the hospital or the train passing at night. We would stay here again.
