The proximity of the hotel to the Keck Hospital at the University of Southern California. It was easy to walk between the two while I had a family member straying at the Hospital. The staff was accommodating and over all great. From the cleaning ladies helping one morning to the front desk staff helping us find local restaurants they were great.

We enjoyed our stay and the front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming every time we arrived at night. Our trip was mainly to visit a family member at a nearby nursing home and the hotel staff let our family members gather in the lobby and we ordered take out. It was important we find time to catch up and talk for hours…so glad we were able to do so here. We also used the pool and hot tub one day and the pool was very clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Our rental care was electric and there’s a charging station at the garage we had to park it in. The parking was convenient ($38 plus tax a day) we split the cost with our party and they let us pay cash daily so it wouldn’t charge our credit card. The daily breakfast was very good. They had lots of choices. They only thing I didn’t care for was the soggy French toast put out one day. I had toasted English muffin instead- no big deal! Like I said there was plenty of things to eat. The area has a walkable Chipotle and a Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s a target and costco a few minutes away and we stocked up on waters and seltzers and more fresh fruit to keep in the room. My mom has to have a banana a day and the breakfast room never had any..only apples & oranges. The staff at breakfast were hard working and pleasant, especially Jose or Juan. I know his name started with a J. He was funny 😄 but super friendly. Thank you for making our stay special.

Nice place to stay but the frequent train noise makes it difficult for one to sleep. Breakfast is very good and hotel is extremely clean and makes you feel at home.

Property charging 50 dollars per day for parking ,
The property is clean and neat, but service is below, stayed along with family ask for room cleaning daily basis but hotel management not provided any house keeping, as per them they only provide housekeeping services after 3 days of staying. Also parking fees extremely higher comparatively other hotel 50 dollars per day valley services. And location also very far from tourists destination. Not recommended for international tourists.

Excellent breakfast and kids friendly stay
Overall, it was an excellent experience here! Loved the breakfast, pool, gym, staff and overall services. Few things I'd like to mention - the train horn was disturbing especially during nights. I hope this area becomes a no-horn zone. Also, I wish there was coffee available throught the day. Other than these things, I'd give 5-star rating to this hotel. Thank you!
