Such a great hotel. Bed was so comfy. Bathroom was so large. Kitchen was just right. Great amenities. Restaurant staff was so attentive and kind. Good food selection. Breakfast options were fantastic. Also close to many restaurants in the area. Make sure you really understand the parking options if you plan to do a lot of in/outs with your car. There is a way to save.

We needed a room near LAX airport, and this one looked good on the webpage. It was! We had a nice room with a large TV to watch NCAA march madness, and the restaurant had the best healthy options and a nice breakfast

Simply perfect

Perfectly located near the airport. 30 mins from Port of Los Angeles if you are taking a cruise like I did. 40 mins from Disneyland. Front desk staff checked me in early without hesitation. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There was little trouble with the TV remote, but maintenance came right over and fixed it right away. He was super friendly. Kitchen staff was amicable and hospitable during breakfast hours. I was able to confirm that this is an excellent pet friendly hotel with easy clean access to grass.

Please sort out your shuttle at night

Arrived at LAX at 11.30pm as I had indicated to the hotel. Was assured that the shuttle was regular. At terminal 4, had to eventually call (and get through the AI bot) to be told that they would reach out to the shuttle driver. When the shuttle driver eventually arrived, there were some angry people that had been waiting over an hour! Rooms were lovely but when you have an early morning flight, you book close with the assumption that you can get some sleep quickly. Rooms were nice.
