The lobby was beautiful, the staff was supportive, and the room was truly ideal. We got a good night's sleep, we enjoyed the morning breakfast provided and took the shuttle to the airport. Room was clean. Mattress was a little too soft and no dishes,utensils or handsoap anywhere in the kitchen or bathroom. The phone system was automated and it was very challenging getting ahold of staff on the phone.

Everything about the stay was fine, my only complaint is some notice would have been great about the hot water being cut off. Had a long day at Disney to come back to ice water to shower in. Staff was great, room was great, shuttle to and from forum was great. Icy water kinda sucked.

This was our 2nd time stayng at the hotel. First time, we had a wonderful experience. It wasn't the same this time. Upon arrival, Lobby host wasn't friendly during check-in and failed to check us in the correct # of rooms despite the pre-paid reservation. Failed to set us up for parking garage access despite requesting it .... had to use credit card everytime in their garage. Also, police activity in the garage shut ldown access ..... had to reroute thru another hotels entrance which wasn'tvery convenient. Lastly, breakfast was good but most of the hot items were cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable so the stay wasn't a complete bummer.
