We arrived later than expected due to our delayed flights and found that our room had been changed to an accessible friendly room (which we were not needing). Over booking caused multiple people to sleep in the lobby on the couches. Our bed had blood stained sheets. Was unfortunate to have happen after such a long travel day.

Room was excellent (very modern and spacious). Breakfast was ok as quality could have been better. Staff was very nice and helpful. Airport shuttle was quick. Access to hotel reception was confusing.

Hyatt Place was great! Clean & comfortable room with a great view. Great breakfast in the mornings that was included. Easy to walk to & from the Starbucks next door & the restaurant options at other hotels were great. Uber was easy to access & shuttle service we booked to SoFi was easy to & from even back to hotel!

Great aesthetics, clean room! Staff was kind & professional. Breakfast was tasty! The windows were dirty on the outside and the kitchen didn’t have silverware or plates. The market didn’t have groceries but rather frozen food and snacks. The door to the bedroom was squeaky. The sofa bed was nothing but springs.
