Looks so good and room was lovely at first glance. Downhill from there. Parking lot was confusing and the only way to enter hotel. $48 if you pay hotel but only $24 if you pay the lot. TV didn't work and it took over three hours, four phone calls answered only by robot & hang ups and 2 trips to the desk for an engineer. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up, faucet banged under mirror and shook the entire mirror, & only way to reach shower products was under the shower head. Out of luck if you don't want your hair wet. 2 small paper cups in entire room and I had to find a maid to get coffee for the pot. Nice kitchen but no dishes or even plastic glasses. Dishwasher, but no dishes. When I asked desk where the glasses were for the small, $28.00 bottle of cheap wine I was told that customers didn't wash them (what?) so you had to have them delivered. No luggage rack. Breakfast was good, but my husband brought juice to the table and luckily I noticed the broken glass before he drank from it! There was more but I will leave it here. Add the weird elevators with no numbers inside and there is no way we will stay there again!

The room was amazing!! It was large, spacious, had a separate bedroom with two queen beds & a kitchen. It was very clean, very quiet, modern & updated, the staff was very friendly & the full breakfast was amazing. We only were there one night before flying out but the free shuttle service got us to the airport quickly & on time. I would recommend this hotel.

Great stay - excellent communication prior to stay, shuttle ride pick up was quick specifically for us, check in was efficient, and the room was clean, modern and quiet. Shuttle to airport in the morning was also timely and efficient. We did not have a chance to enjoy breakfast, gym, etc. as our stay was short.
