Welcome overnight after long flight

After a long flight from UK the check in was swift and friendly. We were quickly in our room. Upgraded to a large suite which was nice. Do expect some aircraft noise as all hotels are located close to aircraft activity. It was a good idea to stay close to airport to overcome jet lag for a day.

Overnight After Cruise

We stayed at this hotel after returning from a cruise and arrived around 11am having booked two suites that sleep 6. I knew that the usual check in time was 4pm but was expecting to be able to use the pool until that time. I was told that only registered guests could use the pool. As I had pre-paid for the rooms I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be issued with a key to access the pool as is normal practice in other hotels. I could have requested an earlier check in but don’t think this would have made a difference as I was told the suites always take longer to get ready. We got into the rooms at 3.30pm. Breakfast is the buffet style with a few options to choose from. Apart from this, the hotel is clean and the staff professional. I would recommend requesting an early check In if you have nowhere else to go and don’t want to spend four and half hours in a lobby.

Awesome/modern hotel near LAX

What a great hotel! The hotel is modern and clean. As a family of 6 we loved the room that was able to accomodate us comfortably. The room had two beds + sofa bed and a kitchen. The kitchen had everything if you wanted to cook. Loved the breakfast buffet which had great options, was free, and helped us not spend time looking for breakfast options. All the staff was very friendly. We asked for extra towels and blankets each day and they were quick to bring them to our room. The hotel is very near LAX airport. Excellent option for very early flights. We didn't use the airport shuttle but they do have it available.

The room suited our family of 5, but there was no window and internet service in the room was horrible. The staff in person were helpful but it was impossible to get through to someone on the phone to ask for early check in. We also tried to ask for late checkout through the hotel phone in the room but it went to a recording and just rang. Everything was automated. Convenient shuttle to the airport.

Policy is terrible!

Went to check in at 4 pm but had to wait until 630 to actually get a room! Apparently their club members can request late checkouts of 4pm which leaves housekeeping no time for turn around. The lobby was FULL of people and luggage waiting for their room to be cleaned.
