Its August and I checked in at 10PM and received a room. I got in the room and there was a strong curry odor along with a RestorAir Air Purifier. It’s to treat the room of a strong odor which did not make the smell go away and it’s extremely loud. The AC did not work and I told the staff and they said they’d have their engineer look at it. The number they attach on the paper to text was useful in the beginning then they stopped responding completely after numerous attempts about the AC not working. Me and my family slept in the room and it was uncomfortably humid and hot. We woke up, I called and complained in person to the front desk. They said the same engineer bit. Hours passed and I went down to the front desk again and finally saw the engineer and front desk staff interact. They called me and said the part for the AC is being shipped and gave me a new room. My first night/day there was quite ridiculous. How can you give someone a room where the AC doesn’t work in the summertime? There’s a strong odor alongside a loud tank of an air purifier. The staff response time was horrible. My clothes smelt like curry. The temperature outside and in the hallway was cooler than my room. The new room was good but man was it a rough time for me and my family considering we stayed here for only two nights. The bed is comfortable, the sofa bed is not. The elevator worked quite well. Lobby bathrooms was dirty. The walkway from the shuttle to the hotel smelt like garbage.

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Excellent hot breakfast with a variety of cold items as well. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the parking structure. I would definitely stay here again.

This appears to be a scam hotel. My room was charged for minibar food that was never present in my room when I checked in so obviously it wasn't ate or purchased. Tried to call the front desk to have charges reversed and no one ever answers the phone they just keep you on hold forever. This was either a mix up with rooms or the maids are taking food and customers deposit gets charged for it.

Property has locking gates on the street and on the building. They were left open during the evening. People were walking through the building through the night. People were trying to get into the rooms through the night. It was a terrifying experience. The building is not safe. It was extremely noisy until after 3:00 am. This property should never be rented to anyone. I would like a full refund.

Spacious room with a comfy bed and great facilities around. The only downside was a weak shower despite being spacious. The gym was well equipped and the bar/restaurant was also great with friendly staff and good food, though expensive. Breakfast was decent. The whole reception area is beautiful, clean and efficient with a small shop. The free shuttle to the airport was ideal. Would highly recommend.

I am very disappointed in my stay at this Hotel. I have a family of 5 and booked a STUDIO SUITE that sleeps 6. We had enough beds BUT THERE WAS NO WINDOW. The ad did NOT say there would be no window. The way they get around this is by saying "blackout blinds". If you look at the photos it looks like there is a mirror there that you don't even consider that there is no window. I stayed here 4 nights and felt very closed in and dark and was livid that this was not disclosed. Of course the hotel was booked so there were no options to move. If you do not offer a window in a hotel it should state IN BIG BOLD (IDEALLY RED FONT ) - THERE IS NO WINDOW. I let the front desk know right away, they said they can't do anything as I booked via expedia but when they searched the room in their system they could not find mention of no window anywhere. THAT WAS EPIC FAIL #1 of 3 Issue #2. There is no front drive up so as per the instructions in the email you are told to drive into the parking lot. They charge $45 for parking per night when there is a sign out front that says $23.95. Again I talked to front desk they sent me to the parking garage people who sent me back to front desk...notice a pattern? Turns out they charge you $45 for in/out (which I mentioned multiple times I did not need ). Issue 3 of 3 The rooms don't get cleaned daily/ beds you have to request it but GUESS WHAT we requested the service it and IT STILL DID NOT GET CLEANED. Bonus issue - Blankets had holes
