Good hotel in a convenient location. Well priced for the offerings. Breakfast was quite good with lots of options. The only downside was that we didnt have enough blankets for all family. Requested additional ones but was told they didnt have any more? Found that hard to believe.

Bad Airport Shuttle

Airport shuttle didn’t work well. All other hotels had busese arriving very often. We had to pick another hoyel shuttle because there was no shuttle comming for about 1 hr.

We stayed 3 nights. The first night was good. Breakfast the next day was packed. They had 2 employees directing the line that went down to the front desk. The other 2 days breakfast was fine, no line. Parking was $45/day with in/out privileges but they had airport parking upper floors for cheaper. But parking was a pain. Hard to get and tight. The parking garage elevator stopped working the last 2 days. The thing that annoyed us the most was that the power would go on/off our last 2 days. They sent a maintenance technician but nothing was fixed. So randomly showering or using the bathroom …. Power goes out and maybe 10 minutes later comes back on. It was aggravating. Other than that, the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was good with variety. Loved the hot tub and pool. Close to Kia forum, sofi, and airport.

Stay was not that great. The staff was good, very friendly and helpful. However some of the issues were: there was no area for cars to pull into for the lobby, the room felt dated and run down, early check in was not available (hotel was really busy, and just in combination with everything else), and finally on checkout I was not given an itemized bill.. just told the refund for the deposit would come back to my card within 10 days. Lots of better choices in the area.

Really enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. Check in staff were great as were the staff at breakfast. Room was high quality with a fantastic shower. Would highly recommend this hotel.
