Our stay was perfect for our trip, close to shopping and dining, the room was clean, and the staff were great. My only critique would be to update the furniture and/or outlets to have charging ports. All and all, it was a great stay.

Staff was friendly. Checking in and out was extremely easy . Loved how close we were to the mall and dining options . The room we stayed at was out dated . The carpet was torn and cracks on the wall. The breakfast they offered was not bad . Appreciated the free parking .

I called ahead of time that I would be late due too traffic, I arrived to the hotel at midnigth, very exhuasted with 3 kids, and I noticed I left my driver license when rent the car at the LAX airport. I asked the lady if i can show a picture of my ID with my phone. She said no, anyway, I have to call to the third party to charge the name for my daughter's name. It took me 30 minutes to do the change. Next day, my co worker told that the same happened to him in the same hotel, but they let him to show a photo of the Driver License on his phone. I was very surprised that they let him to do it, and not to me, I have kids with me. Terrible service and of course they are racism, me as a Mexican do not let me use a picture of my driver license but my Anglo-American co-worker was able to use it at the same hotel and same day!!!!!!

At the beginning I was a bit disappointed with the hospitality service from the maids. But the professional team controled the verbal comments the girls were talking aloud indiscrimination of the guests.
