Perfect Location and Accommodation for our short stay!
My friend and I stayed at this place for when we attended Dreamstate. This apartment was perfectly located. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted, including brunch/coffee spots, the Queen Mary (bike was better), and the beach. There was a shared bike stop very close nearby as well. The beds were really comfortable, the shower was hot when we needed it to be, and the space was very clean. The area felt safe. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Long Beach!

Clean and comfy in a great location
The property is in great shape and is very clean. The kitchen had all of the pots and pans, and whatnot needed to make all of our meals. Beds were comfy. Shower had good water pressure. It's a short walk to the beach. Free parking is easy to find around the neighbourhood. Host was easy to get in touch with for any questions. Would recommend.

Cozy, clean, and convenient!
I stayed here with a friend for a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. The space is clean, comfortable, and has all the amenities needed. We subscribed to Social Bicycles which had a hub nearby along the beach pathway to get to/from the conference. Parking was also easy next to the apartment, as there was only Monday and Thursday street cleaning. Patricia was quick with communication when we had any issues. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment!
