My trip to L.A. was postponed (outside my control), so I asked both Expedia and Kasa Sunset *not* for a refund but to transfer the cost of my stay to a future reservation. They wouldn’t do it. Wouldn’t budge. Never spoke to a human, either. All through AI chat boxes. It’s that inflexibility that forever turns me off as a traveler & customer. Will go back to *only* using Hotels.com (which have granted me refunds in the past) and will def never book at Kasa Sunset again. Recommend no one else does either.
