The building is very old, and the area is not walkable due to heavy traffic. The building's conditions need improvement, and the furniture and room conditions are outdated.

Everything about this place is amazing. Value for money. Got a cool breakout/lounge. Stayed with family in their family studio. This property offers complementary use of washers and dryers. Half a mile to Hollywood walk of fame. Many restaurants nearby. Will definitely try other Kasa locations.

An amazing place at Tinseltown
This was one of the highlights of my trip. This was an amazing location with a room that had everything that you need. I will recommend Kasa to everyone visiting Hollywood.

Fantastic
I have stayed in this area at several hotels for family reasons in the past two months. Kasa Sunset Los Angeles was by far the best value of the places I went to - the most spacious, comfortable and livable. They have free and fast secure wifi which is a big plus. They are available 24/7. The space was very clean and well cared for. I would definitely come back if the need arose.

PERFECT FIVE STARS ⭐️! As someone who frequently visits LA for vacations, I've stayed at several hotels in the city. And I am thrilled to have finally found the perfect place for my future trips. KASA checks all the boxes for an ideal stay. First and foremost, the location is in a very safe neighborhood—a top priority for me when choosing accommodations in LA. Additionally, the studio-style unit I stayed in was excellent for long-term travelers. It offered a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious storage room, breathtaking views from the window, and high-quality amenities. The only minor downside was that I could occasionally hear noise from other residents in my unit. Given the building's characteristics, this seems to be unavoidable. However, it didn’t detract significantly from my overall experience. This property has truly exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning for all my future visits to LA. Highly recommended!

We had very enjoyable stay. It felt like we were coming home at the end of the day instead of back to a hotel room. The suite was very spacious and allowed us plenty of room to both work and relax. Paying for the parking was well worth the money.

The ambience, it’s cozy. You don’t see a lot of people along the way compared to the usual hotels (which I liked, btw) the place was clean, it’s got a nice view. Pretty quiet for a weekend in Hollywood; and I was really able to chill out & relax. Would definitely go again.

Everything I needed!
Stayed at the Kasa Sunset while visiting my son who was at Emerson LA for the semester. The location was perfect--I could walk to his dorm. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a great kitchen setup. I had to extend my stay unexpectedly and was able to attend virtual meetings from the room--good wifi and it didn't look like I was in a hotel room. The staff was very responsive and accommodating when I extended my stay and even made sure I didn't have to change rooms. The neighborhood is kind of desolate, but it was the location I needed and the setup was perfect.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful view of the Hollywood sign. Close to the walk of fame. Very clean. Nice workout room. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Hollywood.
