I had an exceptional stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. Excellent! Room was bigger than I expected by the pictures and the place is super cute. Staff were extremely cool and laid back and as a solo woman traveler I felt extremely safe(not always the case when I travel alone). Next time I'm in Los Angeles I'll be staying here.

Really great location and near my office which was a big plus. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach with traffic was also a plus for my morning run.

Room is ok and staff is friendly. The room is very dark. There's a window but you have to have the curtain closed the entire time as otherwise you have no privacy. The toilet in the bathroom keeps dripping water.
