Good stay

I stayed there with my adult nephew for 2 nights Dec 31 to Dec 2. There are two advantages of this property, namelyy location and the helpfulness of the family who runs this place. It is about 7 minute walk to the Pantages theatre, a landmark of Hollywood, and pretty well where the Walk of Stars start. As to the down side, the floors are newly replaced laminate and so we could hear the footsteps of the occupants on the second floor (they had a young child who was running around) but the owners quickly moved us to another room and then there were no problems. Otherwise the room was clean and good sized (we had 2 double beds). The propert only offers room cleaning every 2 days, bit that did not bother us. Overall, hapoy about the stay.

VERY PLEASED!

This no-frills hotel was extremely clean and the staff was super-friendly. I especially liked the rooms with no carpet. Could not have asked for better surface in a clean space close to everything. Beds were very comfortable and parking was reasonable. The staff even went above and beyond and washed and dried a load of laundry for us!

The hotel was a great location for our travel plans. Within walking distance of some Hollywood attractions and short drive to most. Hotel was well maintained, super clean and nice price for the area.

It was surface clean but relied heavy on air fresheners. The frame for the bed made a super loud bang sound - even if you were just sitting on the bed. It was so weird. Very thin walls and flooring. Coffee had run out in the morning and not refilled. Door was constantly locked and check in had glass wall - felt unsafe.
