The late night staff was terrible. Not very hospitable. He deserved one star to be honest, but added one other star for the warm greeting and politeness of the morning staff who greeted us when we checked out. The difference between them is remarkable.

Upon arriving we were greeted by a very polite gentleman eager and happy to see us, as if we were returning visitors. We arrived late and very tired , anxious to get to theroom to rest and he promply checked us in and explained the parking situation . The room was very clean nice size room comfortable bed and the TVwas the right size , not a 19" monitor. Quiet area . Buffet was perfect. Valet service excellent. What are you waiting for RESERVE YOUR ROOM . IM DEFF COMING BACK HERE NEXT TIME IM IN TOWN. So friendly!!! ..

Escaping the kids for a night.
My day was great. The room was spacious and and clean. And all the Eco friendly amenities we stayed in the front side of the hotel and the traffic we could hear it all night. But they made it or that was a great breakfast.

Didn't like the forced valet parking at $20 per day, even if the valet isn't available and you have to park or drive out yourself. Room cleaning is rare for the bathroom or vacuuming the room floor.
