The staff was rude and threatened to call the police on us for playing music in our room over our phone that was very low on a Friday night, check out was at 11 and The staff was already calling and calling our room 5 minutes after 11 I will never stay here again.

I was kick out by the manager at the middle of the night nowhere to go. Allegedly someone stole snacks and bag from front desk where supposed to have a security and attendant. And blame it to guest who happened i just met online that wasn’t related to me. It’s not my responsibility that someone can do something wrong in the property. I did not do anything wrong. They didn’t even refund my unused payment for 5 days. This place is unsafe. Someone can easily break into the hotel without them knowing. It’s traumatic for me beacause they banging my hotel door at middle or the night and kick me out.

The room was comfortable and of good size, there was plenty of space..breakfast on the weekend is 1 hour later than during the wk...so if your stay was travel and you have a early flight ???? This issue i did encounter was Hotels.com VS. La Quinta on parking....according to them there is no self parking only valet...if you don't go their way you find yourself in the street...I didn't mind the $20 self as described twice under amenities and again in policy and fees....but no dice with them....they are looking at the website and looking at you like they want you to just disappear ....would I stay again...I'm not sure....

Great for our needs
Very nicely updated, very clean. Beds very comfortable. Only negative was amount of noise we could hear from room above us. Eco-friendly lighting in room. Bathroom space very nice - lighted mirror. Nice desk workspace in room & "kitchen" space. Decent breakfast included in morning. Valet service was great, we had a $14 voucher, but valet normally costs $20. Safe area, nice outdoor mall with high end shopping / food 5 miles from hotel (Santana Row).

Nice hotel for the price, valet parking only issue
Friendly staff, good breakfast choices, clean room, fairly quiet. My only issue was paying $20 a day for valet services (you must pay that to park at hotel) and there was very few times the valet was actually working. More times than not the front desk person would escort me to the elevator and take me down to where the car was and I drove it out of the lot myself. On my last day the valet was there but he just brought the car up and did not offer to put our bags in the vehicle, this was a stay of 2 over 60 year old women. I realize that people are short handed but if that is the case do not charge the entire valet parking fee per day. Out of 6 days there the valet brought my car to me 3 times total.
