I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Not knowing the area I usually like the Hotels with Breakfast included and im glad I did here the food was great and you even can make your own Belgian Waffles. The place gets an A on all checklist 👍

Room needed some maintenance, bathroom had paint issues around shower/tub that should be addressed. Conveniently located to restaurants and freeway. Breakfast ok but leaves a few things lacking.

The staff not to friendly. The room is small and dirty coffee maker with old old water. The bathroom & toilet not too clean. We have to move to another room I m not sure if the bedding is also not cleaned.

The smell of vomit in the carpet from the corner of our room. The sink would drain very slowly and food would rise out from it (likely vomit). Power outages throughout the tail end of our stay.

The staff was rude when we checked in. There were 2 ladies chatting and appeared upset that we “interrupted” their conversation to check in. The electricity went out for hours. It was over 100 degrees and no air conditioning. We left for dinner, came back and electricity still out. We had to take the stairs which was pitch black. I tripped and hurt my arm. No staff in the front to speak with. In the morning when I checked out, I asked to be compensated for one of the nights, and all the front desk said was, Sorry, and they would not give us a refund for one of the nights. I travel a lot and stay in different hotels, motels, and inns. I will NEVER stay here again. Terrible customer service, dirty floors through the hotel lobby and elevators, not sanitary, and no consideration for guests comfort.
