This is a great hotel in the heart of Hollywood, great location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. You can also walk to the Hollywood Bowl, it takes less than 30 minutes to walk or take the shuttle around the block.

Skyline view for this stay and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you to management gor always making me VIP. From prompt fast service checking in, to quick valet pulling up my car and this round I even had a nice fruit plate waiting for me. Love the quick and easy stroll down Hollywood Blvd and right back to the comfort of my room. Remember VIP members get extra perks so sign up. $31 credit per day for food and drinks is always a plus. Also please note valet is probably the lowest rate in all of LA so take up the offer and remember to tip.

the customer service (Lady) assigned us in a room that is not well clean. phone is broken and dusty .trash can dirty. table dusty. bathroom not clean well all in all room in not good to stay in for 2 night. i wen down to lobby and talk to another CS and he changed our room. The lady CS did not even tell us anything about the hotel. but the other staff are all good except her .

Everything was great, from friendly staff to cleanliness, the only complaint i have is that parking is $25 a night from the mall across(or $60 a night for valet parking), which i felt that guests that stay in the hotel shouldn't be charge for parking.
