The room was nice and had the view we wanted. It was clean. It's definitely an older hotel you can tell by the shower, but it was fine. Staff did not tell us about a $35 destination fee, only found out when we got home and the email came, letting me know it was charged on my card. I tried to tell the customer service team that we were not informed of this and therefore unable to take advantage of any of the perks, we so called paid for. They will not refund the money and said I should have gotten an email from the 3rd party we booked with. Nice way of making $35 off each guest.

Last stop on our 30 days road trip and this hotel was exceptionally good, from the check in, the valet, the room large and clean, the breakfast in Preston's and the H2 bar/restaurant. All the staff were focused on providing excellent customer service. Our stay here ended our road trip on a perfect note. Would highly recommend.
