I was very upset about the extra cost for a Destination Fee and a room package fee. We did not even use any of the tickets you gave us. There were 2 of us and you only gave us passes for one person.Charging $27 a day for tickets for things we had no interest in. We will stay here again.

A lovely hotel that made our stay in Hollywood perfect. The location is perfect and with a view of the Hollywood hills (sign), right next to the Ovation shopping centre, Walk of Fame and a very short walk to the Chinese theatre. The room was excellent, as was the pool area. There are plenty of options on site to get food and drink and plenty in the area. I would recommend self parking for 20 dollors per day if you are only going to use your car once/day. Otherwise you may want to consider valet parking (just over 60 dollors/day). Both easy to do and in the same carpark. Overall, this hotel is perfect and I would recommend to others visiting Hollywood.

Friendly staff, free room upgrade when checking in and conveniently close to anything you would want to check out in Hollywood. Also accommodated my request when I made the reservation to not be by the elevator.
