I had a really good stay at the Motel 6 in Ontario! The front desk was very polite and when I notified them I was checking in, they already had a clean room ready for me. Will be staying again when I’m in the area.

My room was very clean and staff was very polite. Added another room on the my night but I had to check out and go into another room. When I was contacted that my room was ready the room was very clean and smelled very nice.

My room was on the third floor, and the other guests smoked outside my room - and the smoke just came inside. I left, and the desk said that they would refund my stay. Still waiting on that, and the property has not answered any messages to get this done.

I'm fine with no hairdryer or shampoo but the building is not properly insulated so every noise can be heard from outside the room. How about providing plastic cups? It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. How about replacing the shower curtain??? Of course you get what you pay for.
