The support from staff was very good. The shower and shower curtain was sub standard. The bathroom floor would flood, since the curtain would blow out, and shower was difficult to control. Some difficulty getting HDMI connection to TV from my computer, though good support from hotel staff.

Will always stay here when I need a room

I really like my stay there when I need it for whatever reason. Wish the room was just a little bigger but other than that is a very clean place to stay at.

I believed the good reviews and let me just say, don't believe the good reviews. We walked up to our room and the whole side of the building smelled like marijuana. Our room windows were also open. Our entire room smelled like cigarettes, so with the windows left open makes me think someone smoked inside the room. One of the beds had some white/cream colored crumbs on it. We did not stay the night. We got a partial refund and stayed elsewhere.

Some guest was loud and noisy and very loud upstairs it sound like there were elephant stopping and also the guest was smoking cigarettes and marijuana it is upsetting when Ime and my wife don’t smoke
