First off, I booked a non-smoking room, the minute I walk in it smelled like marijuana! I reached out to the front desk and informed them. Gentleman offered to bring an air freshener! REALLY!!!

The only issue I had was that the TV did not work and I was not that keen on watching TV, it would have been nice to have it working to watch some local news and weather. I did not want to trouble staff to come and fix anything, but overall, I would stay in this facility again. Cost was great and it was minutes from the Ontario Airport which was one of the reasons I selected this facility.

They gave us bath mats for towels. The bathroom sink was clogged and leaking. There was an open electrical box in our room. Difficulty using tv remote, no extra towels or pillows. Poor housekeeping and maintenance.

We love the location of the property however that is not enough to make us stay again. Upon going in the bed was upside down so we flipped it over and the protector was TERRIBLE didn’t even appear to be washed. I had to go out and buy another protector because we were so disgusted. I had to clean the ac unit by taking the cover off due to how much dirt and lint was built up. The following morning we woke up to a roach in the bathroom. Thank goodness I manage hotels and brought everything I could need to ensure we were in a clean place. If you’re looking for a new manager to ensure your rooms are satisfactory for your guests feel free to email me. That would be the only reason I come back.
