Room was clean and spacious and as always them accepting animals without charge is a star on its own. Plus the front staff being understanding and willing to help where they can to assist guests with booking rooms. Check out is 11:00AM while check-in is typically 03:00PM or pay a early check-in fee to get. Room sooner then later, lobby has coffee and different tea's, a ATM, multiple vending machines offering food, snacks, and toiletries.

The A.C. worked well. A little noisy but thats to be expected. The property itself could use some freshening up and the elevator and staircases smelled strongly of urine. The staff was very nice and friendly and that was the best part of experience. They should have more signage and enforce designated smoking areas as alot of cigarette smokers hanging out on stairs smoking at all hours. I would definitely stay again if working at the convention center but they could really use some upgrades to beds and bath towels. Towels were tiny and thin and barely able to dry myself off and the bed frame was squeaking any time I made even a slight movement and I only weigh 180lbs.
