Refrigerator was leaking water. Dead bolt on door wasn’t working. Will charge $20 to use an iron. Bed frames making sounds every time you touch the mattress. Only one pillow per bed. Walking on parking lot and people smoking weed. Pit bull dog barking at us from a guest.

Stayed here for AFC 2025. Front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. Very kind staff. Rooms are cleaner than most Motel 6 Ive stayed at. Appliances were relatively clean. Some corners of the room or stuff like the light switches looked old/crusty, but not necessarily dirty. There was a small roach that crawled out of the shower drain once but to be fair, I left it open, and roaches are really common in that area. My only main complaint was it felt like the floors maybe had some kind of soap residue or something on them? It made the floor slippery feeling so I had to wear socks in the room. Otherwise it was good for the price and close to the convention center.
