Its a good place to go , its convienant . Close to down town San Dimas , truly close to everything . You couldn't ask for a better place this place is quiet the people here are nice

After being evacuated and rushing to find accommodations for the night, I provided them with my ID and they would not allow us to check in because my 18-year-old doesn't have her license yet, or a state ID. They refused us and are refusing to provide a refund. I had her passport scanned on my phone and was not compassionate about our just being evacuated

It was insanely noisy and felt unsafe. I also saw how dirty the sheets (there were weird stains all over the sheets and covers, floor was sticky, the bathroom had hair on the floor, the Wi-Fi was terrible, and I felt like there was no privacy whatsoever by hearing all of my neighbors as if they were in the same room as me. The staff was really nice and helpful but the overall stay was horrible. Never again!
