We checked in and was told we were upgraded to a larger room, that had to be an untruth, I can’t imagine having a smaller room, we could’ve pass one another at the foot of the bed, there was no dresser, no closet, no iron, no coffee pot, no ice bucket, and the bathroom did not have a normal door, just frosted glass to the room, and the sink and counter could not have been any smaller either, and no towel bar for the already awkward shower situation This was my first and last visit to this property

I liked the atmosphere of bars and restaurants in the hotel, BUT, they were extremely overpriced for low quality and poor tasting food except for the ham and cheese panini in the AC bar and lounge. The portions were also extremely small. The valet parking was convenient, but when we first arrived, we didn’t know it would cost $60 dollars per day, it was not stated on the listing in Expedia or anywhere else, and near by parking was also extremely expensive, $30 . The metro was just outside of the hotel, extremely convenient and affordable, they should mention that on the listing before you decide to get an overpriced car rental. We would’ve used the metro for our entire trip instead of paying $300 on valet parking for the hotel plus that of the car rental for the few days we were here. The bathrooms were also something that needed to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly, as the walls around the toilet had stains and the shower had hard water build up around the frame and on the walls, which started to hold gunk from I’m assuming previous guests, as it was there since we got there. Also, not to mention that the bedrooms don’t have a MICROWAVE or a FRIDGE, basic amenities of American hotels, but the hotel staff was nice enough to provide us with a mini fridge upon our request, and there is a communal microwave that is extremely small in the AC store. Also, the room was not ready until 2 hours after checking in, but they gave us one free drink per person (which were bad).

Room Review
When we arrived at our room the toilet seat was up and there was pee around the lip of the toilet. Somebody had clearly been in that room and here's the toilet after the cleaning ladies are done their job. Although the room is small we had no problem with it what we found was there was a lack of space to put things down on a shelf and not enough hooks to hang things up.

The front desk guy with glasses, smelled like weed and he barely can open his eyes when he checked us in. Beautiful hotel overall with comfy bed and pillows, but too small for a corner view suite ( $255 on a Monday rate). They didnt have a small refrigerator, a safe or ice bucket . Toilet was tiny even for someone petite like me. They did not clean the toilet too well so its kinda smell.

Beds were very comfortable. Area was convenient to the event we had attended at the Crypto. The valet service was great. They held our vehicle past check out by 4 hours so we had time to walk around town before we needed to check it out. Front desk staff was very nice and apologetic when our room key access shut off 39 minutes before check out. The room was call but fit our needs for an overnight stay. Bed was super comfortable. The only thing notable was the rainfall shower head was leaking and not sealed when turned on so it sprayed outward but nothing else major. Loved being able to connect my phone to the tv to play music on the speakers while getting ready. Would recommend for convenient location near the arena.

The rooms were a bit small and my room faced the pool where there was a late night DJ. But that was only one night and it didn't stop me from sleeping. The staff were very courteous and ready to assist. I enjoyed the attached breakfast cafe, and the lobby bar. The location was great for me, right by the bus stop to get me to BMO stadium. Shops and the middle of downtown were just a 10-minute walk away. Overall had a very enjoyable stay.
