The space
As a new construction that was completed at the end of November 2023, this gorgeous unit boasts a fresh and modern look, features a functional and comfortable setting.

It has recessed lighting and water proof wood floors through out the entire home with central heat & AC; The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa and a smart TV for your entertainment needs, and a dedicated workspace for studying and working; The bedroom has a spacious closet, a comfy queen bed with 100% organic cotton bedding, and a roll-away twin bed, please let us know if you will be wanting the roll-away bed up for you so we can make sure it will be ready for you when you arrive, en-suite bathroom, windows with custom made shade and blackout curtains for extra privacy and much more.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cooking amenities and stainless steel appliances you'll need to make delicious meals during your stay.

To set the right expectations, as the guest suite is attached to the main house, it does share a wall and a door with the laundry room in main house, so you may hear some noises when we run a load, but we will try our best to not disturb you. We want to make sure you have your privacy and we're committed to making your stay comfortable and accommodating.

Separate entrance through the side gate and a private patio with outdoor seating area to unwind after a long day. There is no shared common area, you will have full privacy and access to the amenities provided for your enjoyment and comfort. You will be able to check yourself in with a 4 digit access code.

There's free driveway parking for up to two cars available for added convenience, please park vertically.

Gardener will do maintenance on property every Friday for approx. 30 minutes.

We love our home and our neighborhood. Our top priorities are cleanliness, safety, and comfort. We are responsive and are quick with text messaging, but should you need us we live on the property.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Just perfect!
We definitely want to stay here again. The apartment was just the right size for the two of us. It was set up beautifully. The owner added so many nice, thoughtful touches, even fresh lemons from the tree out front and several bottles of water in the fridge The kitchen was small, but just right. The bed was super comfortable. It was all fresh and super clean. We felt relaxed right away. The little, private patio outside, under the giant oak tree was wonderful and so quiet. We sat out there every day. The host is super nice and friendly, but not intrusive at all. It was great getting to meet her. The location is great - quiet neighborhood, nice people, good walking loop, shopping and restaurants nearby, easy to get on the highway and go anywhere. We were so sad that we had only booked 10 days! We are already making plans for when we can come back and stay here again.

Adorable. Cozy. Clean. Quiet. Safe. Gorgeously decorated. Brand new everything. Feng Shui. Bed is wonderful. Sheets, blankets and towels smell good. In a charming neighborhood away from all noise. Spacious driveway parking. Beautiful huge tree nestling the outdoor patio. I would stay here again 110%! Vivian super sweet and accommodating! I did not want to leave. LOVE this rental!!!
