Advertised as having free airport shuttle. No such thing. We had to call the hotel, who said they would book us a Lyft cab, which they would pay for. We were told to wait for instructions for the pick-up on my phone. No instructions arrived so tried to call hotel again. No reply, so we walked (a long way) to a taxi rank and paid $12 for a cab. Arrived at hotel and were told they would not reimburse us because we had paid for the cab, not them! Then we were told that the elevator was not working, so I asked how many floors we would have to carry our heavy bags up and were told "only to the 2nd floor" We were then given a room on the 3rd floor. Not at all happy.

This property needs some love. The online photos are very deceiving. The pool area is tiny and the hot tub was broken. The elevator was out of order, the room and bathroom were not clean, and there was a gap around the main door where light from the outside came in

With their prices, you may not be able to find a better place to stay for a night or two in Hollywood. If you are looking for a place that looks nice and newer, this inn is not for you. With that said, the only things we like about this facility is the room and the staff. The room we had was a king size bed, newly remodeled, and fairly spacious. We stayed there for 2 nights, and on the first, we encountered two Indian families with kids, who were next to our room. They were very rude having themselves and the kids running and talking too loud right in front of our door for almost one hour before midnight. We had asked them to keep their noise down, but they did not listen. Finally, someone called the front desk, and Maya came to take care of the issue. We asked her if these families would still stay for another night, and she said yes. We then requested to move to another room far away from these families. Maya honored our request and moved us the next day. Incidents can happen anywhere and anytime but knowing how to handle the situation like this may differ from different facilities. For this, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable place to stay while exploring Hollywood area.

The price for the room in comparison to other hotel rates was better than most. The staff was helpful and friendly. The staff assisted me with carrying my luggage up 3 flights of stairs since the elevator was not functioning. The room was clean. The hotel provided a morning grab-and-go breakfast. I appreciated this offering. The jacuzzi was “out-of-service” and the area around the pool and jacuzzi was not attractive at all. The view from my balcony was of the freeway and a “Jack-in-the-Box.” There was a neighborhood around the hotel. A free shuttle was offered to the Burbank Airport! The location to the airport is prime! It’s about 3-4 minutes from the Burbank airport. I appreciated this close proximity to the airport! The shuttle driver was pleasant. The stairwells need a super-scrubbing! There’s no art 🖼️ on the walls or beauty to look at but there’s a television that worked and a place to lay your head on a quick turn around when you just need to sleep and get on the move! Value is attached to the “wallet!”

My main concern was that there was no weather stripping on the door and hotel was next to a busy highway. It was very loud, you could see a gap around door, which could easily be fixed

Front desk clerks (2 women) were very friendly and efficient. Lighting in bathroom was quite good. Those were the nicest things about it. The motel is just very old and showing and smelling its age, despite new laminate floor in room. Elevator was broken. Didn’t feel safe to leave room after dark. Overpriced.
