We enjoyed our stay. The property is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Also very quiet and comfortable. Only problem for us was that the refrigerator is very small.

Great location!
Easy to find and get to. Room was clean and well stocked. The property is lovely! The room got quite humid, but maybe that’s normal for this area and time of year (?). The bedding was super comfy and luxurious!

Everything about this visit was perfection. It was quiet, comfortable, safe, easy to access all parts of the city, parking was easy, parking passes provided. The shower had great water pressure, comfortable bed, linens were great. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who desires to be in Santa Monica and close to the beach!

A dreamy home on the coast
Overall the best VRBO stay ever. This a private room with a private bathroom, with entrance on the side of the house. Immaculately clean, beautiful decor throughout, the best bedding and towels in any place I’ve ever stayed at (even better than the fancy hotels). The yard is gorgeous with an oasis, walkable to many restaurants and beach. Will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Our first time ever in Cali… wasn’t sure about this area, but it was amazing. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of pretty much everything in Santa Monica. Easy access to roads to go to Malibu or other areas in LA. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

This room attached to a house in Santa Monica on a lovely and quiet residential street was sweet and welcoming. Cute decor, and wine, coffee and tea provided. Walk to shops and restaurants. Free on street parking as well with no problem finding a spot right in front. Definitely recommend!!

Sweet little room
This is the second time I've stayed here. The room is so cozy and the bed is comfortable. I stayed here visiting my son who attends UCLA and found the location perfect. The yard is beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging in the chairs in the front yard. I will definitely stay here again.

This spot is nestled in a lovely little neighborhood in Santa Monica near the Pacific Palisades park. Great location for walking and a few steps from the beach. Stayed here after flying in and before a two week stint in the wilderness and was perfect for our needs. Responsive and lovely hosts! Highly recommend. Also the bed was phenomenal!

This was a block from my brother so, for me, the location was perfect. Host was excellent. I would recommend you bring eyeshades, which we did and we slept fine. Parking easy. We will be back.
