As I write this review I pray my experience was not the exception. Where do I even begin! This Sheraton has won me over and I pray the next time I stay at one of their hotels/resorts it lives up to this location (and my newly found expectations.) The front desk staff? FRIENDLY and AMAZING! Instantly our stay was kicked off to a great start from the moment we exited the Lyft car. Check in was fast, and hassle free. The Housekeeping staff was FRIENDLY and AMAZING! While having a race my daughter accidentally spilled her take out container and we had to interrupt a housekeeper and she made my daughter feel so much better just by being friendly and taking care of the spill for us. And they never batted an eye when we would run into one of them and ask for directions/disposable cups…etc Concierge , Servers and Kitchen staff?! Friendly, amazing and willing to go above and beyond. A staff member grabbed my kids free popsicles from the kitchen, and balloons randomly on our third night. Though we only enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant it was beyond delicious and the servers were superb! The shuttle that brings us to and from Universal & City walk runs every 15mins as advertised and the ride is quick and smooth. I rate this stay a 10/10!

Loved it.

My little family and I have always stayed at the Hilton next door to go to Universal Studios… this time, we switched to here because the prices were waaay better. And, it ended up being so much nicer than next door. Staff were friendly and so helpful. We’re staying here from now on.

Location was convenient but property was just ok. Room was so small that I couldn't open a closet door and open a door at the same time. Bed was very comfortable. Bedding was ok. Limited services. Elevators being decorated with loud advertisements for Universal Studios. Just too much. We were on top floor, and had to stop about 10 to 15 times pretty much all the time to get to the bottom, because only 2 elevators worked while we were there. They change sheets once every 3 days. For the amount they charge, it's outrageous.
