Great location, 10min walk to Universal theme park or Universal City walk or you can take their shuttle that runs every 15min. Rooms were nice and clean. Front desk is very responsive and even checks in on you through text. They have a restaurant and a late night bar, but we did not eat at either.

We had a great time and the hotel was amazing. The only thing I had issues with was that I chose the hotel because breakfast was supposed to be included. It wasn't and for just continental breakfast it was almost $60 for two of us. We ended up eating away from the hotel because of costs.

Super Surprised Here!

I had no expectations of this place, we actually didn't come because of Universal, just had an appointment nearby and I thought my son would enjoy this place more than a roadside hotel as it has lots to do and lots within walking. Usually when something says "family friendly" I get the ick. Honestly, what a delight. We waited in line to check in and were greeted with popsicles, everything is convenient, shuttle is great, food and bar open late, the pool, friendliness, and the best pillows on the planet. I would visit here time and again.

Property was a 11 minute walk to Universal but Hotel also had shuttle every hour not able to walk to any local eateries but city walk was a 11 minute walk with lots of restaurants ( even Buca Di Beppo )

I stayed here on business (though most folks there seemed to be there for Universal Studios which was mere meters away). Clean, comfortable, friendly and attentive staff. When I drank both my complimentary waters and had a tea, they replenished with extra of each. That was lovely.
