Great location for Universal Studios and Universal city and the complimentary bus every 15 mins was fantastic. Rooms were small but well finished, although our A/C wasn’t working and the bar fridge was set to off or very low, so our drinks and snacks became warm. Staff quickly fixed AC on request. Fridge very noisy when ON. Some traffic noise but it was good to have a balcony. Restaurant staff were very friendly and professional although front door staff offered zero assistance when we arrived with a car load of bags. Pool was a good temperature but unnecessarily deep and over chlorinated, also spa was drained and looked like a construction site. Gym was excellent. Be aware that hotel parking is very expensive so factor in over $50 US a night to park your rental car. Walkways and corridors a bit dated and carpet and walls a bit dirty and need updating or replacing. Breakfast was good and we loved the fresh fruit - with a coeliac in our party it would be great if the hotel labelled the buffet food items as GF - most staff had no idea about the ingredients/content of the foods.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was great that they allowed early check-in so we were able to get our stuff settled before heading to Universal Studios. Also, it was great because they had shuttle services to Universal Studios. Very convenient would come back again. Lastly, they upgraded our hotel room to a nicer room, which was a plus my kids enjoyed it.

The best things about staying at the Sheraton was the proximity to Universal Studios, the free shuttle service, the Tesla superchargers in the hotel property.
