Not worth the money

Not worth the outrageous amount of money we paid. For $600 per night. We should get more than a two double beds. It was extremely uncomfortable sleeping with two people in each bed and the couch bed was uncomfortable. The TV had a blue tin to it, there were lights in the bathroom that didn’t work and when they cleaned the room after the first night, they didn’t leave enough towels. There’s no place to hang towels, so I just left them on the floor to be replaced. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it certainly was not worth the price. And after spending so much, it was frustrating to get charged $49 a night for parking as well.

Everything about our stay was great except our room wasnt ready at the 4 pm check in time and parking was ridiculously oriced. We were parked a total of 15 hours and the price was 53.00 not the quoted 47.00. Also the showercontrol pulled off when I started the shower and the hand held nozzle was quite low.

We loved it was so close to Universal Studios, walking it was 10 minutes easy. Everything was comfortable & clean. The only downer was the jets in the hot tub were not working all the time.

Very convenient as it was closed to the universal studios. However the room and the po area did not represent a typical Sheraton hotel. Our room was not cleaned, there were haïr and nails clipping in the carpet, blood stain in a bedsheet, no pressure in the shower, coffee stains on the walls and the carpet was over due for a change. The chairs by the pool were rusted and in metal so very dangerous walking barefoot. We had to warn the kids to be careful. The reception was luxurious and the staff very friendly and professional. Warm welcoming and hospitality very nice. But the staff and their restaurants was very slow and not the same standard. It’s as if there were different class or standards. All in all it was convenient for our purpose as we only stayed to sleep but we made sur not to eat there. Would not go back.

As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again.

We went for my sons birthday and the staff made it extra special by adding balloons and a cheesecake and a sweet note wishing him a happy birthday. We stayed here for universal studios and the walk is easy and no more than 5-7min. They have shuttles as well. The Starbucks in there is great the best Iv ever been to in a hotel and the restaurant is yummy too. They where giving out popsicles to the kiddos as they cam into the hotel which my kids loved. We will be staying here again
