Do not book here. Rather the Hilton across the street - it is way nicer and at a similar price point. I arrived at the Sheraton this evening, was told I had a terrace room. “A nice room with a balcony” was the exact words the front desk receptionist said. We take the elevator down to something that looks like a basement, the carpets are filthy. The whole area giving off creepy vibes. Arrived at our room, the floors are literally slanting, as is the bed. The bathroom is dirty. But the best part is when we opened our sliding glass door to the “balcony.” No such balcony at all!! We are down some alley way, with no barriers, literally anyone could just walk up to your window!! Felt very unsafe. The lock to the glass door didn’t work properly either! I went to talk to the same receptionist downstairs, asked to be placed in a different room, but was told there was nothing else available (of course). So we left, and went to the Hilton across the street and got a wonderful room.
