➤To ensure everyone's safety, the building has a thorough registration process, and unfortunately, I can't accept same-day bookings. All guests over 18 need to submit a clear photo of their Government Issued ID, at least 24 hours before check-in.

➤ NO VISITORS will be allowed. Therefore, please make sure you send any and all IDs PRIOR to your check-in date. Failure to do so 24 hours before the check-in date, will result to your reservation being cancelled with NO REFUNDS due to breaking of Building rules.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that this unit does not include parking however, guests can access nearby PAID parking.

The Fashion District, Arts District, little Tokyo and the Los Angeles convention Center are all close by. Downtown LA is a foodie paradise, with plenty of restaurants and bars to explore. Only 15 walking minutes away from the Crypto site Arena, where you can catch a LA Lakers, Clippers, Kings and Sparks game.

You do not need a car- Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around.
With so many ways to move through Downtown LA, there is always a mode for you. Well-served by a matrix of public transportation and private companies, DTLA is accessible and convenient from anywhere.

➤ Please note that this is a residential building and not a hotel. Please, strictly no business activity allowed inside the building or unit (music video, paint/art selling, business meetings etc.)

➤ Please note that our home is on Broadway, so there will be street noise.
This condo is not a quiet resort, but your gateway to an exciting downtown experience.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤ I kindly ask guests to avoid using professional cameras for photos or videos, as it goes against the HOA rules. Feel free to use your phone for capturing memories instead. Thank you for your understanding.
Thank you for looking into our unit. We welcome you to our family-friendly Airbnb. We are a residential building shared by families and Airbnb guests. We take pride in being able to host guests in the only legal Airbnb-friendly building downtown. However, with that come rules to make sure it is safe for all occupants

1. All guests must submit a photo ID 24 hours before arrival to be registered at the building and must register at the front desk, with no exceptions.

2. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.

3. No pets allowed

4. No parties are allowed in the building.

5 No trespassing on to private stairs and patios

6. Food and alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the pool area.

7. Pool hours are Sun to Th 7am – 10pm and Fri/Sat 7am to midnight.

8. No personal items such as keys or parking cards are to be left with the front desk personal

9. No unattended minors at the pool. We can't have anyone under 15 without an adult anywhere in the building. This is a huge liability and concern for the building.

10. If rules are broken in the pool area, guests will no longer be welcomed in the pool area during their stay.

11. Only 4 people per group are allowed in any common areas, hallways, lobby, pool, rooftop, and gym area but please do not loiter in these areas.

12. No cigarette or marijuana smoke is allowed on the premises (including inside the condo).

13. No more than 4 people are allowed in the condo at one time.

14. The pool area is not allowed to have commercial space. The photo shoot is strictly not allowed anywhere in the pool area or the rest of the common area.

15. No package deliveries, please. Building management does not want to be held liable for lost items.

16. Respect the security and building manager as they are keeping the building safe and clean

17. Guests should use the elevators, stairs are for emergency use only.

18. No luggage storage. All unattended luggage will be disposed of immediately.

19. Security is only responsible for the building security. They have no knowledge and no
