Here’s your updated review with that added clearly and professionally: --- My family and I recently stayed at Sonesta ES Suites Torrance Redondo Beach with my wife and our 11-month-old baby. This was our first time taking our baby to Los Angeles, and we wanted the trip to be something special and memorable for our family. The hotel looks nice in pictures and even appears nice when you first arrive. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. We found ants and cockroaches in our original room, which is completely unacceptable—especially when traveling with a baby. As parents, you worry about your child crawling on the floor or touching things. Seeing pests in the room made us feel uncomfortable and stressed during what was supposed to be a special trip. To their credit, the staff did help us move to a new room after we reported the issue. However, even in the second room, we still found ants. While I appreciate that they tried to accommodate us, the fact that the problem continued made it clear that this was not just an isolated issue. When you book a stay for your family, you expect a clean and safe environment. Sadly, that was not our experience. In my opinion, this place may be more suitable for a single person who just needs somewhere to sleep, but it is not ideal for families with young children. Because of the pest problem, I would not stay here again. It’s very disappointing that what was meant to be a memorable first
