When I completed check in I was given a room that was filled with furniture to the point where you could not walk in. I had to go get another room making the check in process much longer. Also the shuttle was not operating

We stayed a few days here while in the area for a football game. The hotel was as you’d expect for the area and price point. Pretty basic, but met our needs. Staff were friendly, room was clean, beds were relatively comfortable. The area had limited options for dining, especially if looking for something other than fast food. Overall though, it was good for the price.

The hotel and staff were great, but unfortunately, there were homeless people and drug users under the nearby bridge, which was disappointing.

Front staff was friendly, except that they failed to inform me about paying for parking at check-in to avoid almost $30 for less than 5 hours. Plus the room itself felt humid and smelled like urine, the AC smelled funky as well.

The property was very clean and organized. There were plenty snacks and vending machines. Sandwiches, salads and Sodas. The room was also another plus, it was super large and had everything. A full sized Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The tv was also good it was programmable you could watch Netflix or YouTube. Just before checkout the tv ask if you want to erase your personal information. I did not try the Wi-Fi but is was available. The water in the sink wa a little questionable it flowed out to slow and if you turned it hight it would splash everywhere. Although I was not happy with this it was not terrible. This is an excellent hotel near the airport. It is definitely somewhere you want to stay more then one night. There is parking for a fee. Also there is a 75 dollar deposit, all the signs say 100 dollars. So just an FYI.

The bed in the room is not a king sized bed as I was promised and I reserved. My husband and I hardly fit and we are not large people. I had springs in my back no matter where I moved. The walls are so thin that I could hear people coughing, talking, and the tvs on. All night long. And the traffic sounds from the window of our room were so loud. We woke up to the smell of cigarettes coming from the next room, too. It was our first time away from our daughter and we were hoping to get a decent a nights rest and relaxation. You will not find that here.

Check in process went fine, we booked 2 rooms for 1 night. We arrived late and went straight upstairs to bed. Upon opening the door of my room, it smelt of smoke the smoke detector was beeping and the bed was not made. Plus, there was a horrible smell. I turned my head to the right and all over and in the toilet was diarrhoea. I went straight downstairs and told the lady behind the desk that the room assigned was not made up. She apologised and then assigned me a new room; I thought great small issue but resolved. I went to my new room, and it was fine. I showered and hoped into bed. 30 mins later I receive a notification on my phone from my bank $150USD had been debited from Motel 6, I thought this was strange as I had already paid the security deposit for both rooms. I went downstairs and asked what this new charge was for, I was informed it was for smoking in the room (the one I notified them that was not made and had diarrhoea all over the bathroom) I said I am a non-smoker and came down to tell you that the room was not made, smelt of smoke and the toilet was filthy. After a couple of minutes she said whilst we can not confirm you did not smoke or mess the room, we will issue you a refund. Once that was sorted I went to bed, we checked out the next day. I did receive my refund for the “smoking charge” however to date I have only received 1 of my security deposits back. Any attempts to contact this company has resulted in silence.
