Angel was so great with the check in and gave a gift to my kid. The property was well maintained, clean and very family friendly. However there needs to be ventilation in the family rooms as my kids were hot. The AC unit did not evenly distribute through the room. The breakfast was good. The trolley to and from Universal was excellent. Thanks again, Angel!

Spotlessly clean. Great food. Breakfast service (coffee) can be very slow. Ventilation fans came on at 02:00 very loudly and woke us up. The engineer had to switch it off for our stay as it seemed to be on permanently. Staff friendly and reception staff helpful. Loved the shuttle service provided.

We loved the family room setup with queen bed and bunk bed! The kids love having their own bed nook. We also enjoyed the heated pool and spent a lot of time there. It was a nice reprieve from Universal Studios mid-day. The restaurant and pool-side food were good quality for a hotel. The trolley to Universal was also appreciated, although the timing didn’t work great for us, so we did take Lyft one time.

The hotel was great actually, very clean and decent space and all, maybe a few things is the terrace door very strange to open not as simple as one would expect. the other thing I did not appreciate was the rent of a microwave, 10 USD for renting the microwave seems to be honest a little ridiculous, I mean we're paying a lot of money... just give me the service

Room was clean, they cleaned it every day we were there. The trolley took forever to get there and we just drove to universal studios. Food was very good but upscale for my girls.
