For the amount of money paid it’s absolutely absurd and interesting that you can’t laugh loud , or listen to music low without someone complaining . It was a beautiful boat but people should be able to enjoy themselves for the money spent to stay

We loved our stay here! Our room was amazing - it was a two bedroom room and was perfect for our family. We loved the dining options as well. We enjoyed a fancy dinner for our anniversary and then had some drinks at the bar listening to a wonderful singer.

I tried to check at 3:30 PM, and was told my room was not available, came back and was downloaded to a room that did not have any windows, even though I paid more for a Harbor view room. Also hotel parking is very far from the entrance and they do not have valet. You can stay at a better hotel with better service in Long Beach for less price.

I went to the Queen Mary as a little girl ( 15 years ago ) and had wonderful memories. The place was buzzing with people and now it is so dead. We went on a weekend and it was very empty , not many employees ( hard to find anyone to ask for directions or assistance) .
