Downtown L.A. can sometimes be a bit of scary place to be (especially being a female traveler with my little sister). We felt so safe here and boy was it a beautiful hotel as well! The price was very good for what you are getting. Other hotels at the same price were far worse and didn’t offer the level of security and service this hotel did. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone! And if you are booking DO NOT SKIP OUT ON THE BREAKFAST!! They had food from multiple different cultures and it was incredible! The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I want my money back, they booked my room directly under a room under construction. I never got a good nights rests, told manager he confirmed they started working on the room at 7:00am; however, I called him at 6:00am to complain about the noise, drilling, hammering, etc with no carpet on the floor..

The Westin Hotel is such an enjoyable, historical and friendly place to stay. I didn’t get the room that I had booked because we arrived early. The room that I opted for was very spacious and comfortable. The staff from the front desk to the maintenance workers are so helpful, friendly and willing to answer your questions. Getting around the local vicinity is easy and there are lots of shops within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I can’t wait for my next visit to the Westin in downtown Los Angeles.

This is my go to hotel whenever I stay downtown. I love the history behind it and ithe location is so convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are also very comfortable and the staff always accommodates my needs.

We always enjoy staying at The Westin Hotels, on this particular occasion there was some remodeling/construction happening that we had two rough nights. I spoke to a young lady at the desk and she moved us right away. The next two nights were perfect.

I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews for this place, but it was nothing but great for me. I was on the 26th floor in blue tower and had a decent view of the city. And despite the hotel being so big, it wasn’t hard to navigate in the slightest. The staff was great and allowed me to check in early. My room was very clean and everything worked great. The bed was super comfortable too. It is valet only, but they were very efficient and I had no problems getting or dropping off my car. Valet was a bit hard to find though as you do have to go downhill into a parking garage and it’s a bit hidden by a concrete pillar that made me miss the turn. The area isn’t the best, but it’s mostly surrounded by other business buildings and is in downtown so it was not unexpected. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in LA.

I was in a room that was connected to another unit by a door - there was a couple with kids next door yelling in Spanish and cooking all day . I felt like I was sleeping outside and in someone’s kitchen . Smell of food was so bad despite towels we placed on the door connecting us . Terrible

My second time staying here! This hotel is really nice. Super clean and easy to access on and off the freeway. Walkable distance to shopping and food. I love that there’s valet parking because I don’t need to worry about my car’s safety. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff are very friendly as well.
