I booked a King room. I did not get a King room, I recieved a smaller bed. The sheets were stained upon inspection. I found the stains late, but the front dest had no one there.
The bathroom was a handicap capable space ( I didn't need that), which apparantly means that there is no door or privacy to the facilities. It's just part of the room. Speaking of the bathroom facilities, the toilet was so tall my feet wouldn't touch the ground and I'm 6ft, the shower was part of the room and not separated by anything that would keep water from going everywhere. It created an insanely slippery surface in which I fell on after the shower.
The TV remote was broken and I didn't find out until very late at night. No one was available at the front desk to assist. Not usually a big problem, but the place was loud and I would have preferrred the TV to help drown some noise out. Not an ideal spot, I do not recommend.
