We chose this property because it’s close to the cruise ship port and offers a convenient shuttle service. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the light breakfast snacks and the cats around the property. Our room, however, could use some attention. The bed was not that comfortable, the toilet seat was loose, and the floors and bathroom door weren’t as clean as it should have been.

It was a nice stay at the hotel, A day before our cruise . The hotel shuttle you to the port, also for breakfast Free coffee or tea and pastries. You do hear traffics noise from the street at night . If your light sleeper bring ear plugs . I slept fine. Walking distance to the waterfront and plenty of restaurants . My 2nd time at this hotel before our cruise .

I have stayed here several times to go to the cruise terminal. They are friendly and helpful. Clean simple room with affordable parking if you are going on a cruise.

A great value stay, proving that excellent service triumphs over high luxury. While the property is older and parking is a major hurdle, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, and sheets were clean. Three of our four rooms had very comfortable beds; however, the fourth was notably poor (think fabric-covered cardboard). Overall, a surprisingly nice experience thanks to the wonderful staff

I have never stayed in such a horrible motel! I am not a picky person and as long as the establishment is clean I don’t care if it is dated. Our room was filthy! Clumps of dust on the doors, spills on the floor and white stains all over the top of the bed spread. These stains were removable with soap and water. Removable stains on the walls. Filth, dirt and hair present everywhere. Kleenex box in the wall dispenser empty. No sink or bath tub plugs. For the money we paid I was in shook with the state of the room. Do not recommend for any price. The only bright spot was free coffee and a free shuttle to the Cruise Ship terminal. The shuttle driver was very nice.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable plus it had a good hot shower. Staff at reception was extremely polite and helpful. The free shuttle to the cruise terminal was an added bonus and very well organised. Also they provided free coffee, juice, fruit and pastries for breakfast. It is a motel style of accommodation and may be a little dated but that's what it is, but they still provided everything we needed for our overnight stay.

The rooms were kept clean and tidy. The decor was a little outdated which we don’t mind. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful (troubleshoot with the room tv). More than a handful of places to have a bite. The shuttle to the cruise port was a breeze!! If we were to leave for another cruise in the area, we would definitely book thus hotel again.

Room air conditioner that was blowing right over the beds without much control. Very noisy road outside. Room very poorly furnished rundown furniture and beds, bare minimum. Only stayed here to get to the cruise.
