I enjoyed my stay at the Quality Inn in Santa Nella. Very nice place. I took a dip in the pool on a very hot day. Very refreshing and not crowded. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. I had accidently booked a smoking room ( didn't know they still had them) it was the only room left. Very old run down hotel. They were painting half of it when I was there. Too expensive for the quality

Room lock was loose, but did lock. Bathroom door did not close completely. The wood was swollen. Lots of cobwebs on sprinklers on ceiling and found some stray bugs. Was clean. Management did say they were in the process of renovating all the rooms when I mentioned the issues.

Convenient place to stop; undergoing outside painting while we were there. Breakfast was fine: waffles, fruit, cereal, coffee & even cranberry juice. Desk staff very helpful-keep rolls of quarters for laundry which I LOVED. Within walking distance of IHop, & several other restaurants & across the street from an inexpensive gas station.

The breakfast was terrible. I had asked for bread they were out of stuff, and it was mostly open till 930. The lady wasn’t real friendly one asked about things that were missing no hot cereal distraught like could’ve been a lot better. I stayed at a hotel recently and the breakfast is so much better. we like the rooms except the sink was clogged
