This property is one of the most well kept properties. They even go as far as changing out the pool filter grates daily. It’s beyond amazing how clean and well kept this resort is. Great location, easy walk to stores and restaurants. The safe is the most friendly however check in and check out is stupid slow. Give yourself adequate time to check out. Much of the property is cashless so make sure you have credit cards on hand unless you want to charge to your room which it is super easy. 10/10 I recommend you stay here!!!

The resort was stunningly beautiful and the service when were arrived was impeccable. Our room was beautiful, but because we booked through Expedia, our balcony faced a literal wall. We had no outside garden view, and we were facing the side of a building, so that was very disappointing. Another downside was the restaurants on site. The first night we ate at Flor de Noche, where my son was served raw chicken tenders. When I tried to file a complaint, I was told the restaurant is a 3rd party facility and they are not employees of the hotel, and then proceeded to give me the run around about refunding me for the food. Besides that, the hotel employees are wonderful and the location is very accessible to surrounding areas. We mostly got around in Uber and only paid a few bucks a ride.

I love the attentiveness of the staff. There were plenty of beach loungers and options just to relax in many different areas. I can’t wait to return to see the completed updated pool and restaurant. I wish there were more dining options onsite.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were restocked as well. The property was stunning! There are shops across the street from the resort and a variety of restaurant options. The area is beautiful and safe! We will definitely be staying here again!

Cabo Azul is our favorite. Have gone there maybe 5 times. Best pools, clean, love the gym. We were so disappointed, we did not realize that the 2 upper pools & swim up bar/ Flore de Noche Restaurant were closed & were under construction. The food at Javier’s was not as delicious as we remembered

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. About 2/3 of the main pool/swim-up bar was under construction but there is plenty of pool space anyway. You will be glad you stayed here.
