This was a Vacation trip about relaxing! From the start all staff members were very friendly and attentive. Staff did well in remembering my name and what room I was in. They were all very good with answering any questions I had in Spanish and English. Looking forward to a future trip back here.

The property was nice and clean. Pool was amazing. Staff was friendly except one older grumpy poolside waiter. The rooms need updating, but were clean. Evenings are boring. There is nothing to do on site after dinner.

Great location by the beach and downtown, whwre you can swim , jet ski, snorkel, and walk to downtown. Beach front with lounge chaira, go between two other sister hotels. This has become my go to hotel

Great stay but with minor inconveniences
This property was beautiful, very modern Mexico style. We selected the all-inclusive option (the only downfall was always having to scan your bracelet) seems minor, but when you’re at an all-inclusive, always having to “get the cheque” on the beach, at the bar, by the pool, at the restaurants was inconvenient One server on the beach was hardly around, we mostly had to go up and get our own drinks. Then we ended up at the other end of the beach the next day, and that server was always there, and brought us food too. He was also a lot friendlier and chatty. We had a couple of issues in the room - one was the safe being locked when we arrived - they came and switched out the safe (after much trial & error) but we somehow tripped a breaker and lost half the power in the room, no one ever did show up to fix it. We ordered a pot of coffee and pastries to the room every morning which was amazing. We had great views. The food on the resort was so good! One cool feature with this resort is that you have access to the other Pueblo Bonito properties.

The hotel itself is old and needs repairs. The tiles at the bottom of the pool are peeling. I actually got a small cut!! The elevator is old and sad looking. The room was also really old. They didn’t provide with enough shampoo/towels. The bedroom or ridiculous and small

I enjoyed the location and how easy it was to get around Cabo from the Blanco. The food was average, outside of the fish tacos at the pool were good.

They need to upgrade all the rooms there’s broken tiles in the swimming pool the food at the restaurants other than Las Palomas for breakfast was absolutely horrible and the buffet over at the Rose. Nothing was good there. I don’t usually spend a lot of money on this trip and I’m terribly disappointed I will never ever go back there again.

We have stayed at 3 of the 4 PB resorts in Cabo. This visit was our favorite. The food was so wonderful and the service was even better. The buffet left something to be desired, but Palomas, Cilantros, the sushi bar and the pool side menu made up for it. We will be returning with the entire family in tow next summer.

Overall, we enjoyed the property. It is located right on a swimmable beach and you can order food and drinks right on the sand. You can use the sister properties and enjoy all inclusive benefits. The rooms need a little refresh, but the staff are all really friendly and attentive. Not a 5 star property but very nice for the price.
